The purpose of this thesis is to find out what effects Korean pronunciation failures which come from Mexican Korean learners have on writing errors through phonological point of view and to study how to educate the link of Korean pronunciation and writing.
When it comes to linguistic education, the importance of the pronunciation training should be emphasized from early stage because the learning of wrong pronunciation may evoke many errors in expression. As this can affect communicational ability, pronunciation training can be a crucial learning element in language acquisition.
At the stage of foreign language learning, pronunciation may be an obstacle in particular due to the interference of the mother tongue. Therefore this thesis studies the difference of the phonological system between Korean and Spanish which is the native language of Mexican and finds out Mexican Korean learners' Korean writing errors, focusing on phonological point of view. From these findings, the appropriate way to educate the link of Korean pronunciation and writing is considered.
In the first chapter, the necessity and purpose of the study are revealed and the previous researches on the Korean pronunciation errors and the education for the Korean pronunciation are examined.
In the second chapter, the theories that can guide the direction for the error analysis are organized. These theories include the phonological system of Korean and Spanish and the interference of the mother tongue.
In the third chapter, the collected written materials from Mexican Korean learners are scrutinized and results are classified. This chapter shows the Mexicans' mother tongue truly causes the errors in the Korean expression. In the forth chapter, the model of the education for the link of the Korean pronunciation and writing is designed.
In the fifth chapter, the findings of this study are organized and the supplements are pointed.
This study is significant in that it suggests the educational model that can teach the link of the Korean pronunciation and writing and analyzes Mexican Korean learners.

본 연구는 멕시코인 학습자의 한국어 발음에서 오는 장애가 표기 오류에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 음운론적 관점에서 알아보고 한국어 발음과 표기의 연계 교육 방안에 대해 연구하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.
언어 교육에 있어서 발음 교육의 중요성은 초기 단계에서 강조되어야 한다. 잘못된 발음 학습은 표현에 많은 오류를 발생시킬 가능성이 있기 때문이다. 이는 의사소통 능력에도 영향을 미치기 때문에 언어 습득에 있어서 매우 중요한 학습 요소로 구분될 수 있다.
외국어 학습의 단계에서 발음은 모국어의 간섭으로 인한 장애 요인이 특히 많이 작용될 수 있다. 하여 본 연구에서는 한국어와 멕시코의 모국어인 스페인어의 음운 체계의 차이점을 알아보고 멕시코인 학습자의 한국어 표기 오류에서 음운론적 오류를 발견하여 한국어 발음과 표기의 연계 교육 방안에 대해 고민해 보았다.
1장에서는 이 연구의 필요성과 목적에 대해 밝히고, 한국어 발음 교육과 발음 오류에 대해 선행된 연구를 함께 조사했다.
2장에서는 연구를 위해 필요한 이론들을 정리했다. 특히 스페인어와 한국어의 음운 체계와 모국어가 외국어 학습에 주는 간섭을 중심으로 연구에 필요한 오류 분석의 방향을 위한 이론들을 정리했다.
3장에서는 취합된 쓰기 자료를 통해 본격적인 분석에 들어가서 그 결과를 정리했다. 이 장에서 멕시코인 학습자의 모국어 체계가 한국어 표현에 오류를 가져 오는 것을 알 수 있었다.
4장에서는 분석 결과를 토대로 한국어 표기와 발음의 연계 교육 방안 모형을 설계했다.
마지막으로 5장에서 이 연구의 분석 결과와 내용에 대한 정리와 보완해야 할 점에 대해 언급하였다.
본 연구는 한국어 발음과 표기의 연계 수업이 가능한 교육 모형을 설계했다는 점과 멕시코인 학습자를 대상으로 연구 분석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
