본 연구는 다문화가족지원센터의 지원활동 및 접근성의 영향에 따른 이주민의 사회적응을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 다문화가족지원센터를 중심으로 한 프로그램, 사회적 지지, 접근... 본 연구는 다문화가족지원센터의 지원활동 및 접근성의 영향에 따른 이주민의 사회적응을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 다문화가족지원센터를 중심으로 한 프로그램, 사회적 지지, 접근성의 변수가 센터를 내방하며 프로그램을 이용하는 이주민의 사회적응에 미치는 영향을 밝히는데 있으며 어떤 변수가 더 크게 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 연구의 실증적 분석을 위해서 설문조사를 통한 자료 수집을 이용하였다. 다문화가족지원센터들을 사전 조사하며 중국어와 베트남어로 번역하였고 서울지역의 거점 센터인 영등포다문화가족지원센터와, 경기도 지역의 거점센터인 안산시 다문화가족지원센터 그리고 구로구 다문화가족지원센터에서 센터를 내방하며 프로그램을 이용하는 이주민들에게 설문이 진행되어서 총 154명의 표본을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였다. 사회적응, 프로그램, 사회적 지지, 접근성에 관한 선행연구와 관련 이론을 검토하는 문헌연구를 선행하였고 이를 바탕으로 설정한 가설을 입증하기 위해서 설문지로 수집한 1차 자료로 통계분석 하여 검증하는 경험적 연구를 병행하였다. 빈도분석 및 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석과 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 사회적응에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 접근성과 사회적 지지가 유의미한 결과를 나타냈고, 프로그램은 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 그리고 사회적응에 사회적 지지보다 접근성이 더 중요한 변수로 작용하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 다문화가족지원센터의 지원활동 및 접근성이 이주민의 사회적응에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 특성을 알 수 있었으며, 이를 통해 센터의 접근성과 사회적 지지가 이주민의 사회적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 발견하였다. 이주민 입장에서 센터의 프로그램을 수강하러 오는 편리성의 측면과 정보전달의 수단 · 연계 그리고 센터 내 직원들의 이주민을 향한 관심과 케어, 지지는 사회적응과 밀접한 관련이 있다.
The purpose of this research is to verify social adjustment of immigrants by supporting activities and effects of accessibility of multicultural family support center empirically. The purpose of this research is to verify social adjustment of immigrants by supporting activities and effects of accessibility of multicultural family support center empirically. It's to examine effects of variables such as program focusing on multicultural family support center, social support and accessibility on social adjustment of immigrants visiting the center and using program and examine which variable makes more effects. For the empirical analysis of research, data was collected by survey. During the previous investigation of multicultural family support centers, it was translated in Chinese and Vietnamese language. And, this research visited Yeongdeungpo multicultural family support center which is the base center of Seoul, Ansan-si multicultural family support center which is the base center of Gyeonggi-do and Guro-gu multicultural family support center and survey was conducted for immigrants using program. So, the research was conducted for total 154 samples. Advanced research on social adjustment, program, social support and accessibility and literature research investigating relative theories were conducted previously and based on them, empirical research verifying by statistical analysis on the first data collected by questionnaires so as to verify set hypothesis was also conducted. It was analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Therefore, in this research, accessibility and social support showed significant results as factors making significant effects on social adjustment and program didn't show significant result. And, accessibility was more important variable than social support in social adjustment. This research showed characteristics of factors that support activities and accessibility of multicultural family support center make an effect on social adjustment of immigrants and it implies that accessibility and social support of the centers made a positive effect on social adjustment of immigrants. From immigrants, angle of convenience to attend the program of center, relation of information delivery and interests, care and supports of center employees to immigrants are closely related to social adjustment. ，韩语论文网站，韩语论文 |
