본 연구는 성공적인 전주단오의 지역축제 콘텐츠 활용에 대한 접근을 시도하였다. 전주단오의 활성화를 위해 국가무형문화재인 단오제(강릉, 자인, 법성포)를 비교 분석하여 특징을 살피고 ... 본 연구는 성공적인 전주단오의 지역축제 콘텐츠 활용에 대한 접근을 시도하였다. 전주단오의 활성화를 위해 국가무형문화재인 단오제(강릉, 자인, 법성포)를 비교 분석하여 특징을 살피고 개선점을 찾아 보다 나은 지역축제로의 발전을 위해 방안을 제시하였다. 이에 지역축제 프로그램 구성의 체계적인 분석을 위해 SWOT 분석을 통한 접근 과정을 거쳐, 델파이(Delphi) 기법을 활용한 연구 방법을 통해 전문가의 의견을 종합하여 향후 지역축제에 적용할 수 있는 문화콘텐츠 활용 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 자료를 통해 전주단오의 문제점과 개선점을 파악하여 효율적인 전주단오 콘텐츠 제작 방안을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 타 지역의 전통 있는 콘텐츠를 선정하여 전주만의 특색을 살린 프로그램으로 개발하고 수용하는 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 그 결과 전주단오 메인 행사는 축제의 주제와 중심 소재를 이해하고 체험할 수 있는 프로그램으로 구성하도록 방안을 제시하였다. 전주단오의 메인 프로그램 개발은 체류형 관광과 연계시킬 수 있는 등불 축제 콘텐츠를 구축하고 발전시켜야 한다. 서브 행사로는 무속식 성황제를 진행하고 신목을 받드는 전통행사인 영신행렬을 개발하여 시민참여형 축제로 개발해야 한다. 특정지역에서만 볼 수 있었던 콘텐츠를 전주단오에서도 수용한다면 지역 간의 활성화된 연계사업을 고려한 전주단오 문화콘텐츠 개발에 의미가 클 것이다. 본 연구는 지역축제의 성장에 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있는 문화콘텐츠 프로그램의 중요성을 부각시키고, 더불어 체계적인 분석을 통해 학문적이면서도 실무적으로 적용시킬 수 있는 구체적 방안을 제시한다는 점에서 상당한 가치를 지닐 것으로 판단된다. 이 연구는 다음과 같이 몇 가지 제약이 따른다. 현재 국내 자료 중 전주단오와 관련된 선행연구가 없으므로 결과에 대한 담보는 다소 어려움이 있다. 또한, 결과를 유추하고 예측하는 논문으로 실용성과 유용성을 담보로 하는 논문은 아니기에 현실적인 일반화 적용에는 다소 제한이 있을 것으로 사료된다. 제시어 : 전주단오, 지역축제, 문화콘텐츠, SWOT분석, 델파이분석

ABSTRACT Development of Local Festival Using Historical and Cultural Contents of Jeonju Dano Young Soo, Yoo Dept. of Performing Arts Management The Graduate School Sangmyoung University This study attempted to approach successful use of local festival contents of Jeonju Dano. Through a comparative analysis of Danoje (Gangneung, Jain, Beopseongpo), the national intangible cultural property, this study explored the characteristics of Danoje and looked for improvements, and presented a strategy for the development of better local festivals. Thus, for systematic analysis of regional festival program composition, through the approach process of SWOT analysis, by using Delphi techniques, this study combined expert opinions to present strategies of utilizing cultural contents applicable for local festivals in the future. The purpose of this study is to present basic data for effective Jeonju Dano contents production by understanding the problems and improvement points of Jeonju Dano through references. For this purpose, this study selected traditional contents from other regions and developed and embraced them as a program that utilized the exclusive characteristics of Jeonju. As a result, this study suggested a strategy in order for the main event of Jeonju Dano to be composed of programs that can understand and experience the theme and core material of the festival. The main program development of Jeonju Dano should build and develop lantern festival contents that can be linked with stay type sightseeing. As a sub‐event, it is necessary to develop a spiritual procession, which is a traditional ceremony of Yeongshinhaengryeol to perform shamanic ceremony of Seonghwangje and to receive a shamanic lumber of Shinmok, as a citizen participation type festival. If the contents that could only be seen in specific areas are accepted in Jeonju Dano, it will be meaningful to develop Jeonju Dano cultural contents considering the active cooperation projects between the regions. This study is to be of great value as it emphasizes the importance of cultural contents programs which are an important part of the growth of local festivals, and suggests concrete measures to be applied academically and practically through systematic analysis. This study has some limitations as follows. Since there are no previous researches related to Jeonju Dano among domestic data, it is somewhat difficult to guarantee the results. Also, this study is not a thesis that promises practicality and usefulness but a thesis to infer and predict results, and so therefore, there is a limit to practical application of generalization.
