본 연구의 목적은 초임 체육교사가 교직문화에 올바르게 적응하고 성공적인 교사생활을 지속해 나가기 위한 방안을 강구하기 위하여 교직 적응과정에서 어떠한 경험을 하며, 그 과정에서 ... 본 연구의 목적은 초임 체육교사가 교직문화에 올바르게 적응하고 성공적인 교사생활을 지속해 나가기 위한 방안을 강구하기 위하여 교직 적응과정에서 어떠한 경험을 하며, 그 과정에서 겪는 어려움과 원인을 심층적으로 탐색하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기위해 경력 1년 미만의 초임 체육교사 3명을 연구 참여자로 선정하고 약 10개월 동안 참여관찰, 심층 면담을 통해 그들의 교직 적응 과정을 심도 깊게 탐색하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초임체육교사의 교직 적응 과정에 영향을 주는 중요한 변인은 학교의 환경적 요인이다. 개인마다 교직 적응과정에서 경험하는 어려움은 다르게 나타났지만 개별학교의 상황과 업무 환경에 따라 그 정도가 다르게 나타났다. 둘째, 초임체육교사는 교직적응 과정에서 전문적인 도움이 필요하다. 초임 체육교사들은 모든 업무가 익숙하지 않아 많은 부분에서 어려움을 느끼고 있었다. 대부분의 어려움을 스스로 해결하거나 경력교사의 도움을 통해 문제를 해결해 나가고 있었으며, 초임체육교사들을 교직생활에 잘 적응할 수 있도록 돕는 체계적인 교육이 이루어지지 않고 있었다. 셋째, 교직 이전시기에 겪는 개인적인 경험이 교직 적응 과정에 영향을 주었다. 스포츠강사, 다양한 교수 경험, 사회적 활동이 많았던 초임교사는 이러한 경험을 하지 못한 초임교사보다 교과지도나 행정업무 등에서 어려움을 덜 겪고 있었다. 넷째, 초임교사가 학교에서 겪는 인간관계가 교직 적응 과정에 큰 영향을 주고 있었다. 비교적 원만한 인간관계를 맺고 유지하고 있는 초임교사는 교직적응과정에서 어려움을 덜 느끼고 있었으며 교직 생활의 만족도 또한 높은 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to investigate the experiences of adaptation process for the teachers and their difficulties with causes during the process in detail to seek the plans for the first appointed teachers of physical education to be properly adapted in the teaching culture and to continue the successful lives of the teachers. To achieve this study goal, three first appointed teachers of physical education with less than 1 year experience were selected and their adaptation process were closely investigated by participation monitoring and face-to-face interviews for about 10 months. The followings are conclusions from this study. First, the important variable was the environmental element to impact their adaptation process to the teaching jobs. Although the individual difficulties experienced during the adaptation process were differently demonstrated, the degree was different by the situation and the working environment of each school. Second, the first appointed teachers for physical education require professional assistance during the adaptation process. They felt difficulties in various parts due to unfamiliar works. They solved most of the difficulties by themselves or by the assistance of the experienced teachers, however, systemic training was not provided to help their adaptation to the teacher’s work. Third, personal experiences before starting teacher’s job were affected to their adaptation process. Those who had the experiences like sports trainer, a variety of teaching experiences, and social activities had less difficulty in teaching or administrative works than those who did not experience these. Fourth, interpersonal relationship experienced by the first appointed teachers in the school influenced their adaptation as the teachers significantly. The first appointed teachers with relatively harmonious personal relationship felt less difficulty in the adaptation process, demonstrating higher satisfaction level on the teacher’s job. ，韩语毕业论文，韩语论文范文 |
