This study is to investigate the sub-cultural characteristics revealed in the special group of teachers' volleyball club and the function of teachers' volleyball club in depth by using the explicit function, the potential function, the right function, and the dysfunction of the tool for analyzing the function presented by sociologist Merton. For this, the 7 members of teachers' volleyball club composed of only teachers in the Gyeongsangnamdo area were selected as the participants in the study. he research data were collected through non-participant observation, in-depth interview, the collection of relevant data from the participants in the study and their sub-cultural characteristics and function were investigated through the data obtained from the in-depth interview. The results are as follows. Firstly, the immemorial tradition, symbolism, and interchangeability of teachers' volleyball club are derived as the sub-cultural characteristics of teachers' volleyball club. The immemorial tradition of teachers' volleyball club stands for the traditionality maintained by its members for a long time and the symbolism of teachers' volleyball club for the consideration of personality rather than volleyball skill, the introduction of its members, the social capitalization of club itself through social network, the teachers' volleyball club representing Gyeongsangnamdo area. And the interchangeability of teachers' volleyball club stands for the emotional communion in which their family can participate. Secondly, in order to analyze the function of sub-culture of teachers' volleyball club, the intention and results of behavior are analyzed and divided. into the explicit function, the potential function, the explicit dysfunction, and the potential dysfunction using the tool for analyzing the function presented by sociologist Merton. External reward (improved motor skill) and internal rewards (stress relief, sense of achievement) come to existence as the explicit function, exchanged information and expanded social networks as the potential function, and the conflict caused by the motor skill as the potential dysfunction.
본 연구는 본 연구는 교사배구동호회라는 특수성을 지닌 집단 내에서 나타나는 그들만의 하위문화적 특성과 사회학자 Merton이 제시한 기능분석 틀의 명시적, 잠재적, 순기능, 역기능을 이용... 본 연구는 본 연구는 교사배구동호회라는 특수성을 지닌 집단 내에서 나타나는 그들만의 하위문화적 특성과 사회학자 Merton이 제시한 기능분석 틀의 명시적, 잠재적, 순기능, 역기능을 이용하여 교사배구동호회의 기능을 심층적으로 알아보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구참여자는 경남지역 내 교사만으로 구성된 교사배구동호회 회원 7명을 교사 7명을 선정하였다. 연구참여자들로부터 비참여관찰, 심층면담, 관련 자료 수집을 통하여 연구자료를 수집하였고, 심층면담으로 수집된 자료는 텍스트분석을 통하여, 그들의 하위문화적 특성과 기능을 알아보았다. 그 결과 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사배구동호회의 하위문화가 지니고 있는 특성은 교사배구동호회의 고래(古來)성, 교사배구동호회의 상징성, 교사배구동호회의 상호교환성으로 도출되었다. 교사배구동호회의 고래성(古來)은 오랜 기간 동안 그들이 동호회를 유지하고 있는 전통성을 나타내었고, 교사배구동호회의 상징성으로는 실력보다 인성을 고려한 구성원의 입문, 사회적 관계망을 통한 동호회 자체의 사회자본화, 경남을 대표하는 교사배구동호회가 나타났다. 그리고 가족과 함께하는 정서적 교감을 통한 교사배구동호회의 상호교환성이 나타났다. 둘째, 교사배구동호회의 하위문화가 지니는 기능의 분석을 위해 Merton(1949)이 제시한 기능분석 틀을 이용하여 행위의도와 행위결과에 따라 명시적 순기능, 잠재적 순기능, 명시적 역기능, 잠재적 역기능으로 나누어 분석하였다. 명시적 순기능은 외적보상(운동기능의 향상), 내적보상(스트레스 해소, 성취감)이 나타났고, 잠재적 순기능은 정보교환, 사회연결망 확대가 나타났으며, 잠재적 역기능으로는 운동기능에 의한 갈등이 나타났다. ，韩语论文范文，韩语论文题目 |
