오늘날 글로벌 관광 활동은 급속한 성장을 보이고 있다. 한국은 관광객에게 인기가 많은 관광지가 되어 2014년의 기준으로 외국 관광객의 수는 약 14,2백만 명에 달하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 그에 따라 베트남 관광객의 수도 2014년의 기준으로 9만 명에서 14만천 명으로 나날이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 경쟁적인 관광 상품을 개발할 필요가 있다.

Global tourism activity has shown a fast growth of recent years. Korea has become a famous landscape for travelers, with the large number of international traveler reaching to 14,2 millions in 2014. The number of Vietnamese travelers increases day by day, from 90 thousand to nearly 141 thousand people in 2014. Therefore, it is necessary to develop tourism service Vietnamese traveler prefer. By using the conjoint analysis, this study analyzed the preferences for Vietnamese travelers to Korea based on 4 main attributes such as culture spending hour, history place spending hour, shopping hour and food culture hour. The result indicated that, with 36 hours tour service the optimal travel package for Vietnamese travelers consist of 3 hours of culture spending, 3 hours of 3 history place spending, 9 hours of shopping and 6 hours for food culture spending. It showed that the Vietnamese travelers tend to give more value culture and history place and shopping and food culture less important. Furthermore, MANOVA was performed to investigate any difference in preference among different segment. Accordingly, a traveler who has high ethnocentrism, tend to focus more on the culture place spending hour. And the optimal package consists of culture 3 hours, history 3 hours, food 6 hours and shopping 3 hours. Opposite, the low ethnocentrism is history 3 hours, shopping 9 hours, culture 3 hours and food 6 hours. With extraversion and introversion, a traveler who has high extraversion and introversion, tend to focus more on shopping attribute. Thereby, the optimal package is shopping 9 hours, history 3 hours, food 6 hours and culture 3 hours. With low extraversion and introversion, the best package is history 3 hours, shopping 6 hours, culture 3 hours and food 6 hours. |
