Furthermore, rare diseases bring out even more pain than any other diseases, due to rarity itself. This will survey the matter, pain and the rare diseases, particularly muscle disease, one of the them. Pains from rare muscle diseases tend to affect not only patients’own physical and existential conditions but social concerns including their families. Therefore, this study shall mainly focus on the emotional pains of the patients’s families, as well as those of patients. In order to consider the philosophical counseling for the patients and their families, it is good to understand their pains by examining the cultural and psychological backgrounds surrounding them in our society, and then to make a suggestion of the philosophical counseling by all family member participants as a type of collectively philosophical counseling. For it, its theoretical background would be found in language, conversation and understanding(Verstehen) in Gadamer’s hermeneutics which have been applied to the philosophically applied to real cases. By choosing three kinds of pain from which patients and their families suffer, I tend to explain them in the chapter 4 ‘Gadamer’s hermeneutics and philosophical counseling’and add my own case enriched with increased experience to them.
고통을 동반하지 않는 병은 없다. 그러나 희귀병은 다른 병과 달리 희소해서 겪는 고통이 가중된다. 이러한 문제를 특히 몸의 고통이 극심한 근육병을 중심으로 살핀다. 근육병과 같은 희귀... 고통을 동반하지 않는 병은 없다. 그러나 희귀병은 다른 병과 달리 희소해서 겪는 고통이 가중된다. 이러한 문제를 특히 몸의 고통이 극심한 근육병을 중심으로 살핀다. 근육병과 같은 희귀병에서 나타나는 고통은 환자의 몸뿐 아니라 실존적이고 사회적인 고통으로 이행되며, 환자의 가족으로도 이행된다. 그런 이유로 이 연구는 병고(病苦)의 문제를 환자에만 국한하지 않고 가족의 문제로 확대해서 접근한다. 근육병과 같은 희귀병으로 고통받는 환자와 환자 가족을 위한 철학상담을 마련하기 위해 이 연구는 이들의 고통을 현대한국사회·문화적 특수성을 고려하여 파악하며, 가족이 함께 참여하는 집단상담형태의 철학교육을 철학상담의 한 모형으로 제시하고자 한다. 철학상담의 이론적 근거는 가다머의 해석학에서 언어·대화·이해(Verstehen)를 중심으로 하며, 가다머의 해석학이 실제 근육병 환자와 환자 가족이 참여한 철학교육현장에 적용된 사례를 보고한다. 근육병 환자와 환자 가족이 겪고 있는 곤경 중 주된 원인이 되는 것을 세 가지로 설정하여 ‘제4절 가다머의 해석학과 철학상담’에서 논의하며, 내담자의 변화뿐 아니라 철학하기를 통해 변화한 논자 자신의 변화도 수록하고자 한다. ，韩语毕业论文，韩语论文题目 |
