잠재적 소비자들이 소셜 미디어 상에 기록한 글을 통해 제품 또는 기업 이미지에 대한 감성분석을 수행하는 것은 소셜 미디어 기반 마케팅에서 중요한 활동이다. 글로벌화 된 소셜 미디어의... 잠재적 소비자들이 소셜 미디어 상에 기록한 글을 통해 제품 또는 기업 이미지에 대한 감성분석을 수행하는 것은 소셜 미디어 기반 마케팅에서 중요한 활동이다. 글로벌화 된 소셜 미디어의 경우 기업이 게재한 특정 미디어에 대해 여러 나라의 소비자들이 각자의 언어로 댓글을 작성하며, 이들을 감성분석하기 위해서는 특정 언어로 통일하기 위해 번역 작업을 수행하게 된다. 그러나 이러한 과정에서 단어의 의미가 왜곡되는 등의 원인은 감성분석의 정확도를 저해하는 요인이 된다. 따라서 본 연구는 다중 언어로 수집되는 텍스트를 번역하지 않고, 해당 언어별로 텍스트를 분리한 다음 각각 감성분석을 진행하고, 나중에 각각의 극성치를 종합하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 구체적으로 유투브나 인스타그램과 같이 한 페이지에 여러 언어권의 텍스트가 존재하지만 한 단위 글에는 하나의 언어로만 작성된 경우의 다국어 감성분석을 제안하고자 한다. 그리고 본 연구는 여러 언어들 중에서 중국어와 한국어가 결합된 경우의 감성분석에 집중하고자 한다.

If the company upload specific media in the global social media platform like Youtube, the consumers who are in several countries writhe comments or a reviews by their own language, and in order to analyze sentiment polarity of comments, many studies using translation method to translate them in a particular language. However, the translation method distorts the meaning of the words and it is a factor that inhibits the accuracy of the analysis sensibility. Therefore, this study does not translate text to one language, we would like to remove the text by the each language and then proceed to analyze each sensibility, and later to propose a comprehensive way to each polarity value. Specifically, we propose a method of analyze sentiment polarity of multilingual social media comments which one unit of comments is written in only one language but on one page the whole comments are written in several languages, Furthermore, this research is focus on the sentiment analysis which combined Chinese and Korean among several languages. ，韩语论文范文，韩语论文范文 |
