Development in transportation and communication, along with globalization of capital and workforce brought forth multiculturalism in our society. Multiculturalism is a global trend, and we are solidifying it as a new foundation in the society. Although the number of multi-cultural families are on the rise, we have not established a solid foundation for such families yet. This can be attributed to the lack of sense of community and inadequate establishment of social infra-structure that make the life difficult for the members of multi-cultural families. This thesis aims to discuss the difficulties that lie in multi-cultural families from a religious perspective. Today many religious organizations give aid to multi-cultural families, but the aid from Buddhists is not sufficient. This is an area that needs improvement, as the number of immigrants from Buddhist nations is not inconsiderable. This thesis is a study to seek new measures of missions targeting the children and the immigrated members of multi-cultural families. The objective of such missionary work is to help the multi-cultural immigrants lead a rich life as Buddhists and members of Korean society. To achieve this, it is suggested that we examine the existing ways of missions, and carry out a direct research the actual condition of the immigrants to fulfill their needs. It consists of four parts: support for families, education, Buddhist service, and Templestay. These parts are based on the study of the words of Buddha, Bodhisattva, and altruism in the Buddhist scriptures. Missions toward multi-cultural families can be a way of securing the number of Buddhists as well as a active way of following the rules of Buddha. It is hoped that the suggested way of studying a new measures of missions help the members of multi-cultural families and the missionary workers all lead a rich life as members of the society and Buddhists.
교통과 통신의 발전, 자본과 노동의 세계화 등은 우리를 다문화 사회로 이끌었다. 이는 세계적인 추세로, 우리는 다문화라는 새로운 삶의 토대를 만들어가고 있다. 한국사회에서 다문화가정... 교통과 통신의 발전, 자본과 노동의 세계화 등은 우리를 다문화 사회로 이끌었다. 이는 세계적인 추세로, 우리는 다문화라는 새로운 삶의 토대를 만들어가고 있다. 한국사회에서 다문화가정 또한 지속적으로 증가하는 추세에 있지만, 한국사회는 아직 다문화가정을 위한 사회기반이 부족하다. 공동체에 대한 인식부족, 사회 인프라망의 구축 미비 등이 아직은 한국에서 다문화가정의 구성원으로 살아가는 것을 어렵게 한다. 논자는 종교적인 관점에서 다문화가정이 갖는 어려움에 접근해 보고자 한다. 오늘날 많은 종교단체가 다문화가정 지원에 힘쓰고 있지만, 불교계의 지원은 타종교에 비해 아직 부족한 상황이다. 이는 불교국가 출신의 이주민의 수가 적지 않다는 점을 고려한다면 개선되어야 할 부분이다. 본 논문에서 논자는 불교국가에서 이주해 온 다문화가정 구성원과 그 자녀를 대상으로 하는 포교 방안을 연구한다. 이러한 포교를 실천함으로써 다문화가정의 이주민들이 한국사회의 구성원으로서 또 불자로서 행복한 삶을 살아갈 수 있도록 지원하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 현재 포교 방안을 검토하고, 직접 이주민의 실태를 조사하여 그들의 필요를 충족시키는 포교 방안을 제시한다. 그것은 크게 네 가지로 나뉘어지는데, 가정지원프로그램과 교육, 법회와 템플스테이를 중심으로 구성되어 있다. 포교 방안을 제시하는데 있어서 논자는 경전에 나타난 부처님의 말씀과 불교의 보살정신, 이타정신을 기초로 하였다. 다문화가정에 대한 포교는 불교인구 확보뿐만 아니라 불자들이 실천적으로 불법을 행하는 수행의 한 형태가 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제시된 불교 포교 방안 연구를 통해서 다문화가정 구성원과 포교 주체 모두 우리 사회의 구성원이자 불자로 행복한 삶을 영위하기를 기대한다. ，韩语论文，韩语论文范文 |
