Because of the dissemination of the smart phone and the rapid development of the wireless internet, we can contact with others through free messages or immediate chatting, which has changed the communication method among customers. Because of this, the smart phone messenger industry has grown rapidly. Kakao Talk, WhatsAPP, Line, WeChat, which are the representatives of smart phone messengers are now sweeping not only the Asia but also America and the European countries. Till now, the smart phone messenger has become the main method of communication. In spite of the basic feature, the smart phone messenger now provides diverse services like information sharing, game, shopping, SNS, etc. The user of the smart phone messenger could not only acquire the practical values, but also the corresponding social values intended to realize through the use of messengers. In this context, this study will investigate the effects of the information quality, system quality and users’ social values of WeChat which is the representative of Chinese smart phone messengers on users satisfaction. What’s more, the relationship between the users satisfaction and the sustainable use intention will also be interpreted. In order to realize the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted with the WeChat users in China through a professional Chinese online survey website. Four hundreds and forty nine effective questionnaires were collected and analyzed through SPSS program. Major research findings are as follows. Firstly, the accuracy, timeliness, completeness of the information quality have positive effects on users’ satisfaction. Secondly, the functionality, design, security of the system quality have positive effects on users’ satisfaction. Thirdly, the network size, stress reduction, interaction, formation of personal relationship of users’ social values have positive effects on users’ satisfaction. Fourthly, users’ satisfaction has a positive effect on sustainable use intention. This study discovered the crucial factors of the smart phone messenger such as the information quality, system quality and users’ social values. Also, it was figured out how these factors affect the users’ satisfaction and how users’ satisfaction affects the sustainable use intention. The implications of the study results are also discussed.
무선 인터넷의 비약적인 발전과 스마트폰의 보급은 무료 메시지를 제공하며 즉각적으로 대화가 가능한 강점을 제공함으로써 사용자들의 커뮤니케이션 현상에 큰 변화를 주었다. 그 중 스마... 무선 인터넷의 비약적인 발전과 스마트폰의 보급은 무료 메시지를 제공하며 즉각적으로 대화가 가능한 강점을 제공함으로써 사용자들의 커뮤니케이션 현상에 큰 변화를 주었다. 그 중 스마트폰 메신저 산업은 급속히 성장하면서 카카오톡(Kakao Talk), 왓츠앱(WhatsAPP), 라인(Line), 위챗(WeChat) 등 아시아뿐만 아니라 미국 유럽 등에서까지 입지가 확정적인 가입자 기반을 형성하고 있다. 스마트폰 메신저가 빠르게 발전하며 우리의 일상생활에서 중요한 커뮤니케이션 수단으로 자리를 잡고 있다. 이제는 메신저의 기본 기능을 넘어서 정보 공유, 게임, 쇼핑, SNS, 등 다양한 서비스들이 가능해졌다. 스마트폰 메신저는 사용자의 일상에 다양한 변화를 가져다주며 사용자들은 서비스가 주는 실용적 가치뿐만 아니라 사회적인 가치에 부응하는 측면을 고려하여 선택함으로써 스마트폰 메신저의 사용을 통해 사용자의 사회적 가치를 실현하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국 대표적인 스마트폰 메신저 애플리케이션 위챗(WeChat)에 대해 사용자가 중요하게 여기는 정보품질, 시스템품질 그리고 사용자의 사회적 가치가 위챗 사용에 대한 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 사용자 만족도와 지속사용의도의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 중국 대표적인 스마트폰 메신저 위챗의 정보품질, 시스템품질, 사용자의 사회적 가치가 사용자 만족도에, 그리고 사용자 만족도가 지속 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 위챗을 사용하고 있는 사람을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 중국 설문 조사 전문 사이트를 통해 온라인 무작위로 불성실한 응답을 제외하며 최종 449명의 응답 자료를 가지고 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 정보품질의 정확성, 적시성, 완전성은 사용자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시스템품질의 기능성, 디자인, 보안성은 사용자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 사용자의 사회적 가치의 네트워크 사이즈, 스트레스해소, 상호작용, 인맥 형성은 사용자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 사용자 만족도가 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 메신저 정보품질, 시스템품질, 사용자의 사회적 가치의 결정적인 요인을 밝혀내고 그러한 요인들이 사용자 만족도과 어떻게 연결되는지 나아가 향후 지속사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴본 연구이다. 향후 스마트폰 메신저 개발에 기초 자료가 되기를 기대한다. ，韩语论文范文，韩语毕业论文 |
