현재 중국 현지 대학에서는 고유어와 한자어 교육에만 치중하고 외래어교육에 대해 소홀하다. 중국 내 교재를 살펴보면 외래어 어휘 수량이 부족할 뿐만 아니라 어휘 선정 문제도 존재한다. 이런 점에 주목하여 본 연구는 중국인 편입 준비생들이 한국사회에서 고빈도로 사용되고 있는 외래어를 체계적으로 배울 수 있도록 한국어 외래어 학습 교재를 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 외래어 어휘 선정과 교재 구성 이 두 가지에 중점을 두고 연구를 진행하였다.
먼저 2장에서는 중국 현지 대학 한국어학과 외래어 교육 과정 및 교재 사용 현황에 대해 분석하고 그에 따른 존재한 문제점을 살펴보았다.
3장에서는 학습용 외래어 어휘 목록을 선정하였다. 선정 절차는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국 대학 한국어 교재에서 제시된 외래어 어휘를 정리한 후 중복도와 말뭉치 빈도수에 의하여 ‘교재 등재 외래어 목록’을 만들었다. 둘째, 기존 연구의 외래어 목록에서 나타난 외래어를 합친 후 중복 항목을 삭제하여 ‘선행연구 외래어 목록’을 만들었다. 셋째, 설문조사를 통하여 한국인들이 실생활에서 자주 접했던 외래어를 정리하여 ‘일지조사 외래어 목록’을 만들었다. 넷째, ‘교재 등재 외래어 목록’, ‘선행연구 외래어 목록’과 ‘일지조사 외래어 목록’ 세 가지 목록을 합친 후, 중북 항목을 삭제하여 1차 외래어 목록으로 선정하였다. 다섯째, 객관적인 어휘 선정 방법의 한계점을 보완하기 위해 필자 개인의 경험과 주관적인 판단에 따라 편입준비생에게 다른 더 필요한 외래어 어휘를 추가하여 본 연구의 최종 외래어 목록을 제제시하였다.
4장에서는 살펴본 중국 내 외래어 학습 현황과 진행된 어휘 목록 선정 결과를 바탕으로 실용성이 높은 한국어 외래어 교재의 단원 구성과 단원 실제를 제시하였다.
5장은 본 연구의 결론 부분으로서 연구 내용에 대해 간략하게 정리한 후 본 연구의 의의와 한계점을 밝혔다.

At present, Chinese colleges only pay attention to the education of vernacular words and Chinese words and neglect the education of borrowed words. It can be found by analyzing the domestic textbook that there is few borrowed words and the selection of words has problem. Considering this, the development of Korean borrowed word textbook is studied in this for the purpose of making Chinese transferred students learn Korean borrowed words systematically. For this purpose, this research focuses on the selection of borrowed words and textbook.
First, in Chapter II, the borrowed word curriculum and textbook of Korean language major of Chinese colleges are analyzed and the problems in the foreign word education of China are found out by such analysis.
In Chapter III, the borrowed word directory is selected. First, sort out the borrowed words in Korean language textbook of Korean university and then develop “textbook borrowed word directory” according to the repetition and use frequency of words; second, sort out the borrowed word directory in the pre-research and then develop “pre-research borrowed word directory” after deleting the repeated words; third, sort out the borrowed words that are frequently used in the daily life of Korean by questionnaire survey and then develop “daily survey borrowed word directory”; fourth, develop “first borrowed word directory” by integrating “textbook borrowed word directory”, “pre-research borrowed word directory” and “daily survey borrowed word directory” and deleting the repeated words; fifth, to make up the deficiencies in the word directory by objective selection, the author will supplement the word directory according to its practical experience and subjective judgment so as to develop the final borrowed word directory.
In Chapter IV, based on the analysis of the current situation of borrowed word education in China and selection of borrowed word directory, the unit composition and unit example of practical borrowed word textbook are showed.
Chapter V is the conclusion of this research, in which this research is summarized and the significance and deficiencies of this research are revealed.
