오랜 시간 새롭고 혁신적인 정보기술의 등장은 사람들의 일상생활뿐만 아니라 비즈니스 환경과 가치관을 변화시켜왔다. 그 중에서도 스마트폰의 등장은 사람들의 생활과 경제, 문화, 정치 ... 오랜 시간 새롭고 혁신적인 정보기술의 등장은 사람들의 일상생활뿐만 아니라 비즈니스 환경과 가치관을 변화시켜왔다. 그 중에서도 스마트폰의 등장은 사람들의 생활과 경제, 문화, 정치 등 사회 전반에 걸쳐 환경이 빠르게 변화하는 계기를 제공해주었다. 하지만 빠른 속도로 확산되어온 스마트폰 시장은 이제 포화상태에 이르렀다는 평가를 받고 있으며 향후 저가 스마트폰 위주로 시장이 재편됨에 따라 스마트폰의 출하량이나 평균 판매가의 하락폭은 심화될 것이라 전망되고 있다. 따라서 스마트폰을 보완하거나 대체할 수 있는 새로운 수익원천의 발굴은 기업 및 산업 그리고 국가적 차원에서 살펴보아야 할 문제로 주목받고 있으며 차세대 기술 및 디바이스 개발에 착수하고 있다. 그 중에서도 기업들의 가장 큰 관심을 받고 있는 기술이 바로 웨어러블 디바이스(wearable device)이다. 신체에 부착해서 사용할 수 있는 모바일 디바이스를 의미하는 웨어러블 디바이스는 앞으로 스마트폰의 보완재이자 대체제로서 지속적인 수익을 창출해낼 것으로 기대를 받고 있다. 또한 향후 몇 년 안에 웨어러블 디바이스는 교육, 의료, 스포츠, 엔터테인먼트 등의 다양한 분야에서 창의적이고 새로운 아이디어를 바탕으로 성장할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 특히, 헬스케어 분야의 경우 다양한 산업분야 중에서도 웨어러블 디바이스가 가장 잘 융합되고 활용될 수 있는 분야로 주목받는다. 이는 기대수명의 증가, 소득 증대에 따라 의료 및 헬스케어 패러다임이 치료 위주에서 사전 예방 및 건강관리로 전환되고 있고 이와 관련된 기술 및 제품에 대한 개인들의 수요와 기대수준 역시 꾸준히 증대되고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 헬스케어 분야에서의 웨어러블 디바이스의 안정적인 시장 안착을 위해 소비자들의 수용의도를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 Davis(1989)의 기술수용모델과 선행연구에 대한 이론적 고찰을 기반으로 웨어러블 디바이스 수용의 영향 요인을 도출하였으며, 소비자의 수용행동과의 관계를 살펴보았다. 웨어러블 디바이스 수용의 영향 요인은 디바이스의 기술적 특성(기능적 다양성, 착용성, 외형적 심미성)과 사용자의 개인적 특성(유행 민감성, 건강 관심도, 유희성)에 초점을 맞춰 도출하였으며, 실증분석을 위해 웨어러블 디바이스 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS19.0과 AMOS19.0을 활용하였으며, 실증분석의 결과는 다음과 같이 해석할 수 있다. 첫째, 기술적 특성인 기능적 다양성은 건강관심도와 유희성에, 착용성은 건강관심도와 유희성에, 외형적 심미성은 유행민감성과 유희성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 기능적 다양성과 착용성은 유행민감성에 유의하지 못한 영향을 미치고, 외형적 심미성은 건강관심도에 유의하지 못한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 개인적 특성인 유행민감성과 건강관심도 그리고 유희성은 모두 성과기대와 웨어러블 디바이스 수용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 본 논문을 통해서 국가와 기업차원에서 가치 창출과 경쟁력 향상을 위하여 웨어러블 디바이스에 대해 연구하고 개발하는데 있어 사용자들이 원하는 부분들에 대해 관심을 가지고 노력을 기울일 것으로 기대한다. 또한, 헬스케어 분야 역시 향후 성장가능성이 높은 산업 분야로 주목받고 있다는 점에서 혁신활동을 극대화하고 새로운 정보기술을 융합하려는 노력이 지속적으로 이루어질 것으로 기대된다.

A reorganization focused on low-end smartphones will reinvigorate the market; but, only for a short time. Therefore, new revenue sources that can complement or even replace smartphones must be sought out. Wearable devices are among the most promising technologies to complement smartphones and the market is expected to grow. This creative new field may even replace the smartphone in the near future. Wearable devices have attracted much attention from the healthcare field. A paradigm shift in the healthcare field has created a focus on preventative healthcare and healthcare management. This new focus can utilize wearable devices in a plethora of ways; some of which are already being marketed while many others have not even been thought of. The healthcare field is a high growth industry and efforts to maximize innovation and converge new technologies will continue. In this study the factors affecting consumers' acceptance behavior of wearable devices in the healthcare field were investigated. For this, the study focused on the technical characteristics of the device and the personal characteristics of the user; based on Davis’s(1989) technology acceptance model. Surveys were performed on wearable device users to examine the relationship between variables. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS19.0 and AMOS19.0. The results of the empirical analysis were interpreted as follows. Fashion sensitivity, health concerns, and playability are controlling factors in performance expectation and acceptance intention. The appearance of the wearable device had a significant influence on the fashion sensitivity of the individual. Functional diversity and wear-ability had a significant influence on health concerns. Lastly, technical characteristics had a significant influence on playability. As a results of this study, wearable device developers can better focus on the needs and desires of users while staying competitive at the national and enterprise levels. ，韩语论文网站，韩语论文 |
