한국에 힙합음악이 처음 도입된 것은 1990년대였지만 주류음악으로 자리 잡은 것은 2012년 이후라고 할 수 있다. 2012년 이후 한국 힙합음악은 여러 힙합 티비 프로그램들의 흥행으로 인해 대중... 한국에 힙합음악이 처음 도입된 것은 1990년대였지만 주류음악으로 자리 잡은 것은 2012년 이후라고 할 수 있다. 2012년 이후 한국 힙합음악은 여러 힙합 티비 프로그램들의 흥행으로 인해 대중들에게 주목받기 시작하였고 2016년 현재 ‘한국대중음악상’ 시상식에서 힙합음악이 트리플크라운을 석권하며 한국에서 힙합음악이 이제는 완전한 주류음악으로 자리 잡았다는 것을 다시 한 번 일깨워 주었다. 힙합음악의 가사는 일반 대중가요의 서정적인 특징과는 다르게 한 사람의 감정과 생각 등을 다루는 일상성이 우선시된다. 멜로디가 없고 가사로만 빠르게 감정을 전달해야 하는 힙합 음악의 특성상 일반 대중가요보다 가사 수가 많으며 더 구체적이고 적나라한 표현이 들어간다. 또한 힙합음악을 하는 아티스트가 직접 본인의 이야기와 생각을 가사로 풀어내기 때문에 그 의미가 깊다고 할 수 있다. 이에 연구자는 한국 힙합음악의 음악적 경향과 문화적 경향을 알아보기 위해 2010년대 한국의 주요 힙합 레이블들 중 최근 3년간 가장 두드러진 활동을 보였던 일리네어 레코즈 · 저스트 뮤직 · 에이오엠지 · 아메바 컬쳐 · 하이라이트 레코즈를 선정하여 각 레이블에 속해있는 아티스트들의 정규앨범을 모아 각자의 특성들을 살펴보았다. 또한 정규앨범 수록곡들의 가사 분석을 통해 각 주제와 소재를 세세하게 분류하여 이를 토대로 힙합문화를 형성하는 당대의 청년문화에 나타나는 특징적 개념에 접근하고자 하였다. 분류한 주제와 소재에 따른 가사들의 양상을 분석하였을 때 시대에 따라 한국 힙합음악의 특성은 점차 변화되었으며 현대 청년사회에서 일어나는 모습들과 그에 따른 청년들의 욕구욕망이 투영되어 있는 것을 발견하였다. 현대 사회 청년들의 취업난으로 인해 돈을 벌기 힘든 현실과 꿈을 좇아 살아가는 것이 불가능한 요즘의 현실을 부정하고 힙합음악으로 대리만족하려는 청년들의 욕망과 그 현실을 인내하고 극복할 것을 다짐하는 모습이 투영되어 있기도 하며 유흥문화가 발달하고 성문화가 보다 개방적으로 변함에 따라 늘어나는 청년들의 욕구 또한 힙합음악에 투영되어 있었다. 한국에 힙합음악이 도입 된지 거의 20년이 지났음에도 불구하고 힙합음악에 대한 연구가 아직 많지 않다. 이에 본고는 힙합음악의 음악적 경향과 문화적 경향을 분석하고 그에 따른 청년문화의 특징적 개념에 접근하여 힙합음악에 대한 이해도를 높이고자 하였다. 또한 본 연구를 통해 한국 힙합을 연구하고자 하는 사람들과 대중음악의 가사 분석을 통해 당대 사회문화의 특징적 개념을 연구하고자 하는 사람들에게 도움이 되는 자료가 될 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다.
Although the first introduction of Korean Hip-Hop was 1990s, it could have been considered as mainstream music since 2012. It resulted Hip-Hop music sweeping triple crown at the recent 2016 'Korean Popular Music Award', and proved how Korean Hip-Hop has become mainstream music. Compare to the ordinary pop music that has sentimental characteristics in their lyrics, Hip-Hop music has the priority in individuals' emotions and thoughts. As Hip-Hop music needs to be performed only by rapid rap, instead of singing the melody, there are more words used in the lyrics unlike other genres and thus the lyrics are explicitly written in detail. Also, in most cases, Hip-Hop artists intended to communicate their non-fictional experiences and thoughts of themselves through the lyrics, which brings more significance to Hip-Hop genre. To analyze the tendency of Korean Hip-Hop music, as well as its cultural trends, this research examined Korean Hip-Hop record labels in 2010s that have been active during the past 3 years; AOMG, Just Music, Illionaire Records, Amoeba Culture and Hi-Lite, and observed their artists' individual attributes by collecting their full-length albums. Moreover, various themes and subjects used in their music are minutely categorized through analyzing tracks and lyrics included in the albums. Overall, this research aimed to approach to the concept of Hip-Hop trends formed by the current youth culture. According to the analysis of lyrics that were categorized by the subjects and themes, it was shown that the characteristic of Korean Hip-Hop has been gradually evolved overtime. The youth urges in relations to the period of time, including protests and ambitions, were reflected in Hip-Hop music. For instance, the concerns of modern society such as impossibility of chasing individuals' dream due to the unemployment crisis and financial crisis are represented in Hip-Hop music. The ambition of youth draws vicarious satisfaction and encourages themselves to overcome crisis in reality through Hip-Hop. The development of nightlife culture and sexuality derived uninhibited behaviors, which has been also reflected in Hip-Hop music. Even after approximately 20 years since the first introduction of Korean Hip-Hop, the research based on Korean Hip-Hop is infrequent. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the tendency of Hip-Hop music, and its cultural trends to improve the public understandings of Hip-Hop genre. Moreover, the analysis of Hip-Hop lyrics in this research would become a suitable reference for those who intends to study the lyrics used in popular music as well as for those who research social and cultural context of Hip-Hop. ，韩语论文网站，韩语论文范文 |
