In order to improve the level of Chinese and constitute the Chinese language ability, the research on Chinese learning strategy is especially important. This article is precisely to South Korean small and medium-sized enterprise employee for investigation and study object, on the Chinese need and learning strategies of investigation, understand the current existing problems and reasons, and aimed at these questions proposed know resolved to recommend and staff to discuss the Korean small and medium enterprises, the Chinese need to beg drop of teaching and learning, for the South Korean small and medium-sized enterprise employees learn strategies to supply useless for.
