이 논문은 중도입국자녀를 위한 교육연극의 실제 지도 사례를 기반으 로 교육연극의 효과에 주목하고 한국어 교육에의 시사점을 논하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이다. 이를 위해 중도입국자녀... 이 논문은 중도입국자녀를 위한 교육연극의 실제 지도 사례를 기반으 로 교육연극의 효과에 주목하고 한국어 교육에의 시사점을 논하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이다. 이를 위해 중도입국자녀의 성장 과정을 고려하여 그들이 쉽게 공감할 수 있는 구약성경 ‘요셉 이야기’를 교육연극에 적용 하였다. 중도입국자녀들은 자신의 선택과 무관하게 한국에 이주하여 낯선 한국 어와 한국 문화에 익숙해지는 과정에서 여러 애로점을 겪는다. 중도입국 자녀들은 공교육 체제 안에서 교육을 받고 있지만 한국어 학습에 대한 부담, 학교생활 만족도, 학업 성취 수준 등의 측면에서 복합적인 문제를 안고 있기 때문에 이를 해결할 수 있는 구체적인 논의가 필요한 실정이 다. 이 논문에서는 교육연극의 준비 단계에서부터 사후 단계에 이르기까 지 능동적으로 참여하는 과정에서의 학습자의 변화와 함께 ‘요셉 이야기’ 가 중도입국자녀에게 주는 메시지의 가치에도 관심을 둠으로써 다각도의 고찰을 시도하였다. Ⅱ장에서는 교육연극을 활용한 한국어 교육과 중도입국자녀 대상의 한 국어 교육 그리고 구약성경 ‘요셉 이야기’가 주는 긍정적 학습 효과를 알 아보기 위한 이론적 배경과 선행 연구를 검토하였다. 이를 바탕으로 한 국어 학습에 대한 흥미, 한국어 말하기에 대한 자신감, 학업적 자아 효능 감, 학교생활 만족도의 4가지로 연구 문제를 설정하였다. Ⅲ장에서는 연구 대상, 연구 절차, 자료 분석 도구와 교수 모형을 중심 으로 연구 방법을 설계하였고 Ⅳ장에서는 교육연극 학습 활동의 단계를 크게 ‘이야기 노출 단계’, ‘이야기 이해 단계’, ‘대본 구성 단계’, ‘연극 실행 단계’의 4단계로 구분 하여 각 단계의 구체적 학습 지도안을 제시하였 다. 아울러 교육연극 지도의 과정과 결과에서 나타난 학습자들의 변화도 면밀히 관찰하였다. Ⅴ장에서는 중도입국자녀 대상의 교육연극의 의의를 종합하고 시사점 을 논하였다. 먼저 교육연극을 통한 시각적, 협동 학습으로 한국어 학습 에 대한 학습자의 흥미가 유발되었고 두 번째로, 교육연극을 통한 충분 한 말하기 기회 부여가 한국어 말하기에 대한 자신감 고취로 이어진 것 을 들 수 있다. 세 번째로, 구약성경 ‘요셉 이야기’가 학습자들에게 감정 이입됨으로써 비전과 희망을 주고 학업적 자아 효능감도 더불어 상승된 것을 밝혔다. 마지막으로 협동 학습과 자아 효능감에 대한 긍정적인 변 화는 학교생활에 대한 만족도에도 영향을 미친 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 논문은 중도입국자녀를 대상으로 교육연극을 활용하여 그 교육적 효과를 밝히고 구약성경 ‘요셉 이야기’를 교육연극에 적용한 최초의 논의 라는 점에서 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

This ’s purposes are explaining the effect of the educational drama by case study on educational drama for immigrated children and discuss implication on the korean education. For them considering immigrated children’s growth process, I chose 'Joseph's story' in old testament which is easy to feel sympathy for the educational drama. Immigrated children comes to korea by others and faces strange korean and its culture. For the process that acclimatizes to them, immigrated children suffers with several problems related to strange korean culture. Immigrated children still have chance for public education, but they also have several problems like stress for learning korean, satisfaction with school life and study achivement and it has to be discussed that the solution for that problems. This tried to discuss from various angles through observing learners’ change while participate educational drama and the value of 'Joseph's story' in old testament for immigrated children too. In chapter Ⅱ, I reviewed the theoretical backgrounds and preceding research for researching positive educational effect by using educational drama. Then, I set four research topic. They are an interest for learning korean, confidence for speaking korean, academic self-efficacy, satisfaction with school life. In chapter Ⅲ, I designed research method focusing on case study object, research procedure, data analysis tool. In chapter Ⅳ, I suggested detail learning guidances in four steps which are the story exposure step, the story comprehension step, the script compsition step and the drama action step. Furthermore, I observed change of learner during directing educational drama. In chapter Ⅴ, I discussed the meaning and the implications of educational drama for immigrated children. First, It derived learners’ interest by optical cooperative learning through educational drama. Moreover, It brought instillation of confidence on speaking korean that enough grant of opportunity on speaking through educational drama. Also, 'Joseph's story' in old testament drew empathy of learners, so it gave them vision, hope and academic self-efficacy. Lastly, cooperative learning and the positive change of self-efficacy had an effect on satisfaction with school life.
