본 연구에서는 중국인 한국어 고급 학습자와 한국인 모어 화자 두 집단의 불평에 대한 응답 화행 사용 양상의 비교 분석을 통해 두 집단 화자의 차이점을 알아내고 교육 방안을 마련하였다.
화행 교육은 한국어 학습자의 언어 화용에 큰 의미를 지닌다. 화행에 대한 연구가 그만큼 중요하다는 것이다. 그러나 화행에 관한 연구 특히 불평 응답 화행 연구는 아직 많이 부족한 현황이다. 그렇기 때문에 불평에 대한 응답 화행 연구가 시급하다. 이러한 목적에서 출발하여 한·중 집단 화자의 불평 응답 전략 사용 양상을 조사하여 비교 분석하였다.
DCT를 이용해서 한·중 화자 각 40명에게 조사를 시행하여 두 집단의 담화양상을 수집하였다. 조사의 결과는 친밀도, 사회적 권력, 불평의 강도, 성별 및 한국 거주 기간 5가지 변인에 따라 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 두 집단의 각 불평 상황에서의 불쾌 정도 및 불쾌 표현 정도를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 한국인 집단과 중국인 집단의 차이가 나타났고, 소홀하면 안 되는 몇 가지 문제점을 발견하였다. 그리고 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 실제 교육 방안도 제시하였다. 마지막에 본 연구의 분석 결과를 정리하고 문제점을 지적하였다.
외국인 한국어 학습자의 언어 활용을 위해 화행 교육은 중요하다. 그러나 실제 수업에서 화행에 대한 교육이 많이 실현되지 못하고 있다. 불평 응답 화행은 인간관계에 크게 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 화행이다. 후속 연구에서 이에 관한 연구가 많이 필요하고 활발하게 이루어져야 한다고 본다.

The objective of this study is to describe and compare linguistic and pragmatic realization of a specific speech act, ‘Responses to Complaints’ as performed by two groups of speakers; Korean Native Speakers and Chinese Learners of advanced level. Speech act education have great significance for the use of the Korean language learners. So the research of speech acts are very important. However, currently there are very few studied on speech act studies, particularly research on complain about the response speech acts research is urgently needed. For this purpose the survey on a realization patterns of the speech act of responses to complaints have been implemented and find out the difference between the two group of Chinese learners of advanced level and Korea Native Speakers.
By means of a discourse completion test(DCT), 40 Chinese learners of advanced level and 40 Korea Native Speakers were surveyed with respect to their use of responses to complaints. The result of the survey is compared according to variables such as familiarity, social power, the strength of complaints, gender, the residence of Korea. And also compares the degree and expression level of discomfort in each complaint situation of the two groups. The results indicated that there are several problems that must be solved in high-level Chinese learners group. For these problems the educational program has been prepared. Finally summarize the results of this study and point out the problem.
For the foreigner Korean learners can be very flexible use of language the speech act education is very important and urgent. But in actual class training on speech act is not very much. Response to complain speech act is a speech act that can have a significant impact on human relationships. So this requires a lot of study actively appear at follow-up study.
