With the development of Communicative Language Teaching, Grammar education is more and more important. Aiming at improving language learner's communication ability as so as practical application of language has received more and more people's attentions than before. Hope expression is used to express a subject’s intention or feeling and often used in daily life. As a Korean learner, it is necessary to learn how to use it fluently and correctly. Educational programs relating to Korean hope expression is also need to be improved and put into practice more effectively.
There are lot of hope expressions in Korean but for Senior Korean learners only a part of it is necessary to be learned. In order to select the necessary part which Korean Senior learners should be learned. Korean hope expression grammar with high frequency of use in usual life is taken as research target in this . To help the Korean learners using the Korean hope expressions fluently and correctly in different communication environments, the meaning features and grammatical features of Korean hope expression are also analyzed in chapter two.
In order to investigate the educational situation of hope expression in the Korean education, in chapter three of this , six Korean teaching materials edited by six Korean educational agencies (Seoul University, Korea University, Yonsei University, Sogang University, Ewha University, kyunghee University) are investigated. The teaching method and content relating to Korean hope expression in this six teaching materials are analyzed. Besides, the problems of six teaching materials are also pointed out too.
The fourth chapter of this , educational programs relating to Senior Korean hope expressions with practicality are developed with analysis results concluded. In the first, some related materials of language grammatical education are consulted. Based on this results, the educational content thereof of Korean hope expressions is selected and ranked. then what kind of teaching model should be used is decided. Besides, specific cases relating Senior hope expression are exhibited too.
Last part in this is the conclusion for the research result and some relevant problems are put forward.

외국어로서 한국어 교육에서는 문법 교육이 아주 중요한 역할을 맡고 있다. 효율적인 문법 교육을 통해서 의사소통의 정확성을 높이며 의사소통 능력도 향상시킬 수 있다. 희망 표현은 주어의 의도나 감정을 표출하는 일상생활의 중요한 언어 행위이며 한국어 교육에서 희망 표현에 관련 교육 방안도 효율적으로 마련해야 된다. 선행 연구들을 검토해보면 지금까지 의미별로 다루는 문법 교육 방안에 대한 모색하는 연구들이 이유 표현, 추측 표현, 후회 표현, 의지 표현을 비롯하여 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만 한국어 희망 표현에 대해 효율적인 교육 방안을 모색하는 연구가 많지 않다. 본고는 외국인 학습자를 위한 초급 한국어 희망 표현을 중심으로 교육 방안을 개발하였다.
효율적인 초급 한국어 희망 표현의 교육 방안을 개발하기 위해 본고는 먼저 희망 표현에 관한 선행 연구를 살펴보았다. 체계적으로 교육적 한국어 희망 표현의 목록을 선정하였다. 이 선정된 목록에서 초급 한국어 학습자의 수준을 맞추는 초급 희망 표현을 추출하기 위해 한국어 희망 표현의 사용 빈도와 한국어능력시험의 출현 빈도에 대해 조사를 해봤다. 빈도 조사의 결과를 바탕으로 초급 희망 표현의 목록을 선정하여 본고의 연구 주체를 확정하였다.
본고는 초급 한국어 희망 표현의 의미적 특성과 문법적 특성에 대해서 살펴보았다. 의미적 특성을 분석했을 때 주로 희망 표현의 기본 의미인 ‘희망’에 대해 중점에 두고 분석하고 ‘희망’의 기본 의미 이외에 다른 확장한 의미에 대해서도 검토하였다. 문법적 특성을 분석했을 때 각 초급 희망 표현의 주어 인칭 제약, 결합되는 선행 용언의 제약, 시제 변화의 특성, 사용 가능한 종결 표현, 부정의 범위 등에 대해서 분석하였다.
초급 한국어 희망 표현이 한국어교육에서 어떻게 다루고 있는지를 파악하기 위해 서울대학교, 고려대학교, 연세대학교, 경희대학교, 이화여자대학교, 서강대학교의 한국어 교육원에서 사용하고 있는 6가지 교재에 대해 분석하였다. 주로 각 교재에서 초급 한국어 희망 표현의 제시 양상, 예를 들면, 제시 단계, 제시 방법, 제시 형태, 문법 설명 등에 대해서 분석해 보았다.
본고의 4장에서 2,3장에서 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 실용성이 있는 한국어 초급 희망 표현의 교육 방안을 제시하였다. 먼저 초급 희망 표현의 교육 목표를 세우고 교육 내용을 선정하였다. 선행연구를 참고하여 초급 희망 표현의 수업 모형을 설정하였다. 수업 모형에 의하여 한국어 초급 희망 표현의 교육 실제 방안을 개발하였다.
마지막으로 본 연구의 연구 결과를 정리하여 남아 있는 문제점을 제기하였다.
