본고의 목적은 문학작품을 활용하여 수준 높은 한국어교육 자료를 개발하고 이를 학습현장에 적용시켜 한국어교육의 수월성을 제시하는데 있다. 본고의 논지에 가장 적합한 학습 자료를 선정함에 있어 한국의 대표적인 시인 김소월의 시가 적당하다고 생각했고, 그 중에서 시 「춘향과 이도령」을 수업 자료로 선택했다. 또한 언어적 측면과 문학적 측면, 그리고 문화적 측면을 고려하여 흥미있는 토론식 수업을 전개할 수 있도록 한국어교육 교수-학습지도안을 작성하였다.
학습자는 시의 내용을 이해하고, 모국의 정서로 그 내용을 자기화한 후 그 생각을 다른 학습자들과 함께 한국어로 말함으로써 고급스럽고 세련된 한국어 구사능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 그리고 인류의 보편적 정서를 내면화하고, 이질적인 문화의 차이를 극복하여 새로운 문화의 창조에 기여할 수 있는 힘을 기를 수 있다. 이러한 논지를 갖고 본고는 다음과 같은 내용으로 고찰하였다.
I, 서론에서는 연구목적과 선행된 연구의 내용을 검토하고, 본고의 연구 방법을 제시했다. 최근에 문학작품을 활용한 한국어교육의 연구가 많이 진행되었으나 한국어 학습자들 각자 한국의 언어로 한국의 문화를 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 수준 높은 한국어를 배울 수 있는 다양한 한국어 자료가 필요하다.
II, 텍스트로서의 김소월 시의 가치에서는 「춘향과 이도령」을 선정한 이유와 김소월 시의 문학적 배경과 운율, 정서, 그리고 시에 내재하는 설화와 민속적인 요소를 살펴 보았다.
III, 「춘향과 이도령」을 활용한 실제 수업에서는 시 「춘향과 이도령」의 내용을 분석하고, 교수-학습과정안을 작성하여 실제 수업모델을 제시했다. 그의 시에 보이는 문학적 배경과 운율, 정서, 그리고 시에 나타난 설화와 민속적인 요소를 통해 한국의 여러 전통적인 문화를 이미지로 제시하고, 한국 문화를 겪어 본 학생들을 경험을 토대로 이야기하게 하고, 각자 모국의 정서와 비교하여 토론하는 시간을 가질 수 있게 하였다.
IV, 결론에서는 본고의 내용을 요약·정리하면서 한국어교육에 대한 본 고찰의 한계점과 후속 연구를 제안하는 것으로 마무리하였다.
시를 활용하여 한국어 학습자료를 연구하는 것은 결국 한국어를 학습하여 이를 바탕으로 국경과 인종을 초월하여 서로 교감을 나누는 것을 최종 목표로 한다. 따라서 한국어 학습자의 다양한 수준과 요구에 부응하는 자료와 교수 기술을 계발하는 것이 우리에게 주어진 과제이다.

It is thought that the Korean representative poet, Kim So Weol, whose poetry is the best learning source to select with this study, and so in which the poem 「Chunhyang and Lee Doryeong」 of his has been chosen. Also, the Korean teaching plan was made out for considering the sides of linguistics, literature, and culture to try to have an interesting discussion style of classes.
Students can improve their command of Korean to the very fine and high level by understanding poems, talking their ideas in Korean with each other, and internalizing them with the emotion of the motherland.
Also, They internalize the universal sentiment of mankind, overcoming the difference of the disparate cultures, and they can cultivate their abilities to create of new type of the culture. This article is written based on these points.
In chapter 1, in the preface, the purpose of the research, the existing study related Korean language education of Using the poetry, and the direction of this are suggested. Recently, there are so many studies on Korean language education, but various and improved educational sources are needed with teaching Korean language and Korean cultures in Korean.
In chapter 2, the general features of the poems and their value of the learning materials are observed. Furthermore, the literary background, rhythm, emotion, and Korean traditional folk elements of his poem 「Chunhyang and Lee Doryeong」 were presented.
In chapter 3, his poerty 「Chunhyang and Lee Doryeong」 was analized, the teaching and learning method and goal were examined. Also, the real teaching plan was made and proposed as a class model. Furthermore, the literary background, rhythm, emotion, and Korean traditional folk elements of his poem 「Chunhyang and Lee Doryeong」 were presented. These points were given to students, and discussion together was made in their mother tongue.
In chapter 4, the limitation of this was reviewed and a proposition of following research was given on Korean language education.
The thing which studies the source of Korean language education is eventually final goal that shares their sympathy over the national borders. Therefore, it is important to develop teaching skills and resources to the diverse level of the Korean learners.
