강의서비스속성과 유학생의 개인특성이 강의서비스만족과 신뢰 및 구전·재수강의도에 미치는 영향 -중국유학생을 중심으로- 朱 紅 星 嶺南大學校 大學院 經營學科 運營管理 專攻 (指... 강의서비스속성과 유학생의 개인특성이 강의서비스만족과 신뢰 및 구전·재수강의도에 미치는 영향 -중국유학생을 중심으로- 朱 紅 星 嶺南大學校 大學院 經營學科 運營管理 專攻 (指導敎授 金 潤 詳) 현대사회는 세계화와 정보통신기술의 발전으로 인하여 국경의 의미가 점점 희박해지고 있다. 대학교 교육 서비스 품질을 향상 시키는 것이 대학 교육 국제화의 요구가 되었다. 대학 교육 산업화를 추진하는 것을 뿐만 아니라 또한 대학 교육 한층 더 발전해야 할 필요가 있다 .대학 교육 서비스 품질의 감시를 통해 강의 만족도과 신뢰도에 대해 평가를 진행하고 있다. 대학교육은 대중화, 시장화와 국제화가 가져오는 도전을 차분하게 대처함에 대해 의미가 있다. 분 연구에서는 먼저 교육 서비스, 대학 교육서비스품질 등 관련이 있는 선행연구를 정리하여 외국의 경험을 참조하고 설문 조사와 인터뷰 분석을 이용하여 대학교육 서비스품질의 이론을 연구하는 것이다. 분 연구는 유학생 강의 만족도와 신뢰도의 평가형식을 제시하여 또한 대학교육 서비스품질이 유학생 강의 만족도과 신뢰도에 대해 평가의 중요성을 기술하여 교육품질을 영향하는 요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 한국경상북도에 있는 국립대학교와 사립대학교에 제학중인 일부분 중국유학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행되었다. 게다가 교수의 교수법, 평가의 공정성, 대학교의 교육환경, 유학생의 한국어 능력, 한국학생과 교류활동, 유학생의 개인 요소를 통해서 대학교육 서비스 품질에 존재하는 문제를 분석할뿐더러 유학생들의 강의만족도와 신뢰도에 미치는 영향을 찾아내는 것이다. 앞에 언급한 내용에 따르면, 대학교육서비스 품질을 개선하여 유학생 강의 만도와 신뢰도를 향상 시키는 것을 매우 시급하다고 한다. 유학생이 강의 만족도와 신뢰도에 대해서 높이게 한다는 것과 학생행위 경향 사이에 큰 관계가 있다. 정부 직능 서비스화, 대학의 연구제도화가 대학교육 서비스품질을 향상 시키고 대학교 경쟁력을 높이는 효과적인 전략이 될 것이다.

The improvement in university education services quality has become a requirement in order to promote university education industrialization as well as the further development of university education. Through the monitoring of the quality of university education services, the lecture satisfaction and reliability have been evaluated. In this study, I first review the related study such as education services, university education service quality. I study the theory of the university education service quality by using survey and interview analysis. This study presented the evaluation of reliability and lecture satisfaction of the international students. University education services quality deal with the importance of evaluation for international student’s lecture satisfaction, reliability and analyzed the factors that affect the quality of education. In this study, Chinese students who are studying in Gyongsan Buk Do, are the sample. Through professor of pedagogy, the fairness of evaluation, the educational environment of university, international students of Korean language proficiency, students exchange programs, student's personal elements, I find the problems of university education service quality and it has the impact on lecture satisfaction and reliability of international students. According to the previously mentioned, we urgently need to improve the lecture satisfaction and reliability of international students by improving quality of university education services. It has a great relationship between the tendency to act of students and the improvement of international students’ lecture satisfaction and reliability.
