기업 정보화는 기업의 경쟁력을 도모하기 위한 중요한 수단이다. 특히, 과거의 노동집약적인 기업구조에서 기술집약적인 구조로 탈바꿈하는 과정에 있어, 기업 정보화는 필수적인 수단이 ... 기업 정보화는 기업의 경쟁력을 도모하기 위한 중요한 수단이다. 특히, 과거의 노동집약적인 기업구조에서 기술집약적인 구조로 탈바꿈하는 과정에 있어, 기업 정보화는 필수적인 수단이 된다. 현재, 중국기업의 경우, 경제적 급성장에도 불구하고 선진기업으로 도약하기 위해서는 많은 과제를 남겨두고 있다. 이러한 차원에서 현재의 중국 주요 기업의 정보화 수준을 파악하고, 취약점을 찾아내어 전사적 차원에서 정보화 수준을 개선시켜 나가기 위한 방안을 모색해 보는 것은 중국의 입장에서 매우 필요한 연구라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 중국 주요기업의 정보화 수준을 분석하여 중국의 기업정보화의 특성과 취약점을 도출하고 이를 개선하기 위한 몇 가지 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 우선 정보화의 이론적 근거와 기본적인 개념을 파악하고, 정보화 수준을 평가하기 위한 여러 가지 모델과 평가기준을 고찰하였다. 다음으로, 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 정보화 수준을 분석하기 위한 평가기준을 도입하였으며, 아울러 정보화 수준을 일목요연하게 파악하기 위한 정보화 지수체계를 구축하였다. 중국을 대표하는 5대기업을 대상으로 하여, 수립된 정보화 수준 평가기준과 지수체계를 토대로 설문지를 작성하여 정보화 수준을 파악하기 위한 실증조사를 수행하였으며, 추후 설문의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 확인 조사와 보강조사를 실시하여 분석을 위한 최종적인 데이터 수집을 완료하였다. 각 기업으로부터 수집된 데이터를 본 연구에서 도입한 정보화 수준 지수 산출법에 의거하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과 중국 5개 기업의 전반적인 정보화 수준을 산출할 수 있었다. 분석 결과로부터 우선 중국기업의 전반적인 정보화 수준이 정보화가 발전된 선진기업에 비해 매우 낮은 수준에 머물러 있다는 점을 발견하였으며, 아울러 산업의 성격에 따라 정보화 수준의 격차가 존재하고 있음을 발견하였다. 또한, 분석결과로부터 현재의 중국기업이 정보화에 있어 가장 취약한 부분은 정보화 의지와 정보보안 부분임을 파악하였다. 따라서, 중국기업이 정보화 수준을 향상시키기 위해서는 무엇보다 정보화 추진 의지를 높이기 위한 전사원의 대대적인 의식개혁과 인식전환이 필요하고 정보보안과 관련한 정책과 기술도입이 시급할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of companies' IT performance and to find the characteristic and vulnerability of their information system focusing on leading chinese local companies. To achieve the purpose of this study, theoretical and conceptional background were reviewed. And after that, based upon the literature review from former related studies, we adopted evaluation criterion to measure the level of IT performance and suggested IT performance index. Through questionnaire survey from the 5 leading companies in China, we estimated the level of IT performance of each company. Furthermore, we conducted additional research in order to improve reliability and accuracy of the previous questionnaire results. After analyzed the collected data using the measurement of IT performance index adopted in this study, we estimated the level of IT performance of the 5 companies. The results firstly showed that overall IT performance level of chinese companies are very lower than other market-driven companies. secondly, we found that IT performance gap is significantly different depending on industrial characteristic of companies. In addition, we realized that the vulnerability factors of IT performance level are intention for informatization and information security. Finally, based upon these findings, it is important to note that consciousness expansion and perception change of all members of chinese companies towards high level of IT performance are highly required with security policy and technology.
