본 연구는 증가하고 있는 이주 여성들의 실태와 이들에게 현재 행해지고 있는 한국어교육 현황을 살펴보고 이에 적절한 생활 한국어 교재를 개발함으로써 효율적인 한국어 교육의 방향을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이주 여성들을 위한 한국어 교육은 학문적으로나 직업적 목적으로 익히는 한국어와는 달리 단기적인 효과, 즉 생활 속에서의 기초적 의사소통을 할 수 있도록 설정되어야 한다. 그러나 현실적으로 이주 여성을 위한 효율적인 교재 구성은 물론 체계적인 교육조차 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 기존에 나와 있는 교재의 문제점은 학습자들보다는 교사 중심으로 구성되어 있고, 학습자들의 학습에 대한 동기 부여가 취약하다는 점이다.
이에 본고에서는 상기한 문제점을 바탕으로, 이주 여성을 중심으로 한 교재의 필요성과 함께 그간에 나와 있는 교재를 좀 더 실생활에 적합하도록 세분화하여 구체적인 교재 구성을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 이주 여성들이 한국인과의 원활한 의사소통을 위해서 도움을 줄 뿐만 아니라 앞으로 한국인으로서 살아가는 데 반드시 필요하리라는 신념에서 출발한다.
본고는 다음과 같이 구성되었다.
Ⅰ장에서의 문제 제기를 바탕으로 본론에서는 기존에 나와 있는 교재의 문제점을 살펴보면서 이주 여성들을 위한 교재 구성의 필요성을 강조한다. 이를 위해 우리나라에서 살고 있는 이주 여성들의 실태와 한국어 교육 상황을 알아보고 앞으로의 개선책과 한국어 교육 방안을 고찰하였다. 이에 따른 연구방법으로는 설문지를 활용하여 이주 여성들의 생활한국어에 대한 요구분석을 한 후 그들을 위한 교수요목을 계획했다.
Ⅱ장에서는 교육 내용 선정 시 이주 여성들의 요구와 그 우선순위 분석을 통해서 내용 선정과 조직을 결정할 수 있는데, 이 때 상황 중심, 능력 중심, 개념-기능 중심 교수요목을 기저에 두어 교수요목을 설계했다. 체계적인 수업진행을 위해서는 목표어인 한국어에 대해 학습자들이 겪는 어려움, 수업 방식에 대한 선호도, 이주 여성 집단의 특성 등을 고려하여야 한다. 또한 수업 구성에 따른 각 단원별 교재 내용을 살펴보고 이에 따른 실제 수업의 예를 제시하여 이를 한국어 교육 현장에서 어떻게 적용하여 효율적인 교육이 이루어질 수 있는지 생각해 보았다.
Ⅲ장에서는 이주 여성들에게 있어 학습한 내용은 교실 밖의 실생활에서 바로 유용하게 사용할 수 있어야 한다. 그러므로 학습자들의 요구 조사와 필요 상황 분석을 통한 한국어 교수요목의 방향을 설정하고, 현실에 알맞은 내용의 교재, 교과 과정, 교수법을 제시했다.
이주 여성들은 더 이상 타국의 외국인이 아니다. 한국 사회의 한 국민으로서 살아갈 수 있도록 그들을 향한 지속적인 관심이 필요함을 인식하며, 그들에게 필요한 한국어 교재가 빠른 시일 내에 개발·보급되기를 기대한다.

The aim of this study is considering of the teaching of Korean language for more and more increasing immigrant interracial married women in Korea and to develop an appropriate text book in order to get an effective orientation of korean language education. The course of Survival Korean for interracial women serve as a stepping-stone for future domestic lives. They are mothers of the children of the next generation. Therefore, this study and questionnaires on the need analysis actual of Survival Korean show the basis of their information that want to have a good welfare as they live in Korea.
In settlement of their domestic life, the most important is communication. There are misunderstandings between family. The suitable Korean-life adaptation and settlement are difficult problems.
The objective target of this study is to be specified to reach the ability of their daily conversation in a relatively short-term in the contrast of academic or other vocational application. The international families groups need various programs which could provide basic information that could settle the difficult common daily problems. Text book have to differentiate according to the target of studying group. But in the reality, there is still neither the effective text book which is appropriately composed according to theme, nor the systematic education for immigrant interracial married women in Korea. The former text book has a disadvantage that is orientated more for educator and not for student so that is less motivating them to learn of language.
This study intends to bring up the above problems and showing need to develop a new text book for immigrant interracial married women. The text book should be more appropriately itemized for usage of their daily life so that they don't have conversationally any problem with Korean family member or neighbours.
This study was so constitute that in introduction of this study was showing to issue of actual problem and in the main part was viewed critically the existing text books for immigrant interracial married women in the presence. It's the main subject part and proceeds of the study. I observe the situation Interracial Women lives in Korea. I requested them to answer questionnaires written in three languages : Korean, English, Vietnamese. From these questionnaires, I analyzed details pertaining to their personal background and their need analysis of Survival Korean. Consequently, it was to be investigated to reach the improving of text for whom are living in Korea. In order to closely inform of all these was investigated how they are situating with their Korean language education and what remains to improve. A questionnaire about need analysis was executed and then syllabus for them was planned. And a conclusion part summarize the contents of this study. I analyze the need detected from the questionnaires.
In terms of decision making of content, it can be determined according to the need of questionnaires participated women and then doing priority analysis. The syllabus was planned orientating of situation, ability, definition, and skill. A systematic instruction has to be considered of difficulty of students, preferring of instruction method, and specification of immigrant interracial married women group for their objecting Korean language. The constitution of instruction was regarded according to study contents of each chapter. It was discussed how to approach in the praxis through showing of an example of practical instruction in order to reach an effective education.
It has to be immediately practiced in a common life what they studied. So, it needs to develop an appropriate contents of text, curriculum, and a teaching method according to the need of questionnaire and the logic of the situation.
It is recognized that the systematic support for this program has to be performed nationwide that is still practiced by privately or religiously. The immigrant interracial married women are not foreigner anymore. It needs to be considered to give more attention to them living as Korean women and also expected that the appropriate new text book will develop in a short time.
