본 논문은 창의적 문제 해결 방법인 트리즈의 모순 유형과 문제해결원리를 가지고 한국 민담에 나타난 모순으로 인한 갈등 양상과 그것이 해결되는 과정을 분석하여 보았다. 그리고 이를 통... 본 논문은 창의적 문제 해결 방법인 트리즈의 모순 유형과 문제해결원리를 가지고 한국 민담에 나타난 모순으로 인한 갈등 양상과 그것이 해결되는 과정을 분석하여 보았다. 그리고 이를 통해 이러한 모순 유형에 의한 유형화 작업이 창의성 향상을 위한 독서 지도의 방법으로 가능한지를 탐색하여 보았다. 루트번스타인이 제시한 패턴 인식과 패턴 형성은 창의적 사고를 위한 중요한 방법 중의 하나이다. 그리고 민담은 한 민족의 정신이 함축되어 내려온 소중한 유산으로 민담에 담겨있는 이야기 중에서 모순으로 인해 일어나는 갈등의 요소들을 패턴화 할 수 있다면 현대를 살아가는 우리가 마주하게 되는 여러 갈등의 해결에 도움을 줄 수가 있을 것이다. 1장에서는 개별 사건들 간에 내재되어 있는 공통적인 패턴을 인식하고 이러한 패턴을 형성하는 것이 어떤 의미와 중요성을 가지는 지를 제시하였다. 이는 첫째로 다음에 무슨 일이 일어날 일을 예상하기 위해서, 두 번째로 우리가 겪는 삶의 문제와 그로 인한 갈등을 유형화함으로 복잡하게 얽힌 것들을 단순화해서 명료하게 인식할 수가 있기 때문에, 세 번째로는 패턴을 형성하고 인식하는 것은 삶의 모순을 활용해온 지혜를 알고 그것을 적용하기 위해서이다. 그리고 이런 패턴화의 도구로 트리즈(TRIZ)의 모순 유형과 문제해결원리를 제시하였다. 트리즈는 러시아의 과학자 겐리히 알트슐러가 특허 20여만 개를 분석한 후 개개의 특허 안에 숨겨 있는 공통의 원리를 유형화한 것으로 1996년에 한국에 도입된 이래 다양한 영역에서 창의적인 문제해결에 대한 접근 방법으로 사용되고 있다. 2장에서는 신화나 전설과 비교하여 민담이 가지는 의미를 제시하였다. 민담은 신화나 전설에 비해 일반적으로 일상적 인물을 주인공으로 하며, 시간 및 장소도 특정되지 않는다. 또한 사건의 해결은 외부의 신적 개입이 아닌 주로 이야기 내에서 해결되는 것이 보통이다. 민담이 가진 이러한 특징은 등장인물과 사건에 대해 손쉽게 감정이입을 할 수가 있으며 시대와 장소를 가리지 않고 지금 그리고 현재의 이야기로 독자(청자)에게 다가올 수 있기 때문이다. 민담에는 한 민족의 정신과 문화가 담겨 있다. 따라서 민담에 나타난 갈등 상황을 파악하고 이것이 어떤 식으로 해결되는 지를 유형화해 본다면 현재 우리가 직면하는 갈등을 해결하는데도 큰 도움을 받을 수가 잇을 것이다. 3장에서는 민담에 나타난 모순으로 인한 갈등을 트리즈의 모순 유형 7가지를 가지고 파악해 보고 이어서 문제가 해결되는 과정을 트리즈의 14개의 문제해결원리를 가지고 분석하여 보았다. 이어서 4장에서는 이러한 모순 유형 분석을 통한 독서 지도의 가능성을 일반 소설을 통해 탐구하여 보았다 향후의 한국 교육은 단순히 무엇을 아는 것에서(knowing) 할 수 있는 것(doing)으로 무게중심을 이동해야 한다. 듣고 외우고 시험 본 후에는 잊어버리는 구조가 아닌 배운 것을 실제 활용할 수 있는 교육으로 전환해야만 하는 것이다. 따라서 개별 지식간의 공통 사항을 유형화 할 수 있는 능력은 앞으로의 교육 방향에 있어 반드시 추구해야 할 것 중의 하나이며 무엇보다 독서를 통해 이런 능력을 배양시키는 것이 가장 효과적일 것이다.

The consciousness and formation of the pattern of Rootbunstein is one of the important ways think creatively. Folktales are the precious legacy having the national spirit. So if the sources of conflicts of folktales are patterning, the solution of conflicts of the modern people will be helpful. Chapter 1 shows realizing the common patterns among each case and forming these patterns present their meaning and importance. Firstly, to expect what will happen next, secondly, to recognize the complications simply and clearly by patterning our problems in life and the conflicts caused by them, thirdly, forming and realizing the patterns are in order to be aware of the wisdom dealing with the contradiction of life and adapt it. And this patterning tool suggests TRIZ's contradiction type and case solution principle. TRIZ is the patterning the common principles from the 200,000 patents or so analyzed by a Russian scientist, Genlic Altshula and it is being used as the ways of the creative solution of problems in various fields since 1996 in Korea. Chapter 2 shows what folktales mean compared to myth and legend. Common people are usually main characters, and time and place are everywhere in folktales. The solutions of cases are normally made in the story without any help of the almighty God. These traits of folktales easily make us be lost in characters and cases, and appeal to readers as a present story for all times and places. Folktales have the spirit and culture of a race. So realizing the conflicts in folktales and patterning how they are settled can help us solve our problems at present. Chapter 3 figures out the conflicts of contradiction in folktales with TRIZ's seven contradiction types and analyses the processing of the solution of case with TRIZ's fourteen case solution principle. Chapter 4 studies the possibility of the reading guidance using contradiction type analysis can apply to general novels. The future education in Korea should be laid more stress on what they can do rather than what they know simply. We strongly need practical education instead of simple memorization only for tests.
