The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of co-parenting attitude and fathers' role perception on children's household task participation through the mediation of fathers' involvement. The current study collected data using questionnaires from 185 fathers and their school-aged children living in Jeju, Korea. For data analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics and correlation were performed with SPSS 23.0 and the structural relations among the variables were examined using structural equation modeling with AMOS 23.0. The results of this study were as following. First, cooperative co-parenting was positively correlated to subscale of fathers' involvement: non-cooperative and mothers’ gatekeeping co-parenting attitudes were negatively correlated with fathers’ involvement. All of the subscale of father role perception was positively correlated to father involvement. Second, fathers’ greater involvement predicted more household task participation by their children. Third, fathers’ involvement significantly mediated the effects of coparenting attitudes and father’s role perception on children’s household task participation. The findings of this study emphasized the importance of fathers’ involvement as a process which conveys the effects the parents’ attitudes and role perceptions to their children’s development. The needs of intervention programs enhancing cooperative cooparenting and positive parental role perceptions were discussed.
본 연구의 목적은 부모의 공동양육태도와 아버지 역할인식이 자녀의 실질적인 가사참여에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 나아가 아버지 양육참여를 보다 잘 실천할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는... 본 연구의 목적은 부모의 공동양육태도와 아버지 역할인식이 자녀의 실질적인 가사참여에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 나아가 아버지 양육참여를 보다 잘 실천할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구의 조사대상자는 제주도 내 거주하고 있는 초등학교 5, 6학년 아동들과 그들의 아버지 185쌍을 대상으로 아동과 아버지용 설문지 220쌍을 배부하였고, 이 가운데 185쌍의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계를 실시하였고, AMOS 23.0을 활용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 공동양육태도, 아버지 역할인식, 아버지 양육참여, 자녀의 가사참여에 해당하는 모든 측정변수들 간 상관관계를 탐색한 결과 부모 공동양육태도 하위척도인 협력적 공동양육태도는 아버지 양육참여의 모든 하위척도와 정적으로 유의한 상관을 나타냈으며, 비협력적, 어머니 문지기적 공동양육태도는 유의한 부적상관을 나타냈다. 또한 아버지 역할인식의 하위척도인 비전통적, 일반적 아버지 역할인식 모두 아버지 양육참여와 유의한 정적상관을 나타냈다. 한편 아버지 양육참여의 모든 하위척도와 자녀 가사참여의 하위척도 중 식생활 가사참여를 제외 한 모든 변수에서 정적상관이 통계적으로 유의미한 결과는 나타냈다. 둘째, 부모의 공동양육태도와 아버지 역할인식이 자녀의 가사참여에 미치는 영향에서 아버지 양육참여의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 부모의 공동양육태도의 하위척도 중 협력적 공동양육태도는 아버지 양육참여를 매개로 자녀의 가사참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 비협력적 양육태도와 어머니 문지기적 공동양육태도 또한 아버지의 양육참여를 매개로 자녀의 가사참여에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 아버지 양육참여가 자녀의 가사참여 증진에 직접적으로 영향을 미친다는 사실을 통하여 아버지 양육참여를 높이기 위한 부부 전문상담원 양성이 이루어져야 할 것이며, 아버지로써의 의미 있는 삶을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 및 프로그램 개발 이루어져야 할 것이다. 또한 국가와 사회의 지원정책을 통해 자녀와 함께 보낼 수 있는 시간을 확보해주고 자녀 양육에 어머니의 역할과 책임만 강조하던 전통적인 가족문화의 관점에서 벗어나 아버지가 자녀양육에 적극적으로 참여하는 것을 장려하는 사회적 여건 조성이 필요하다. ，免费韩语论文，韩语论文题目 |
