The is based on the analysis and theoretical background of my project, <間_the link>. The project was to determine histories of regions, families and individuals of "KYEDONG's REGIONAL ARCHIVE", which is one region in Seoul with Korean traditional histories and cultures. Then, those three factors are reflected on the work within three aspects: space, human, and time. The purpose was to reclaim the meaning of the 'time' associated with the 'space' and to tell the story of 'human' who would have been residing in. Even though the uniqueness and cultural identity of the village are fading out due to redevelopment and capitalism, my intention for the project is to well-preserve and continue the village's own histories and cultures by leaving records of what's been retained so far through 'the regional archive'. Again, it is to leave photographic memoirs of spaces and memories that are fading away, even getting forgotten. The exhibition is emphasizing visual reading by arranging photos, videos, and texts in combination. I hope my work to be an important resource for reorganizing and reconstructing history and memories of the region through the process of preserving photographic records of the historical space and memories of residents in a village. At the same time, I wish it would give an opportunity to others for thinking about our cultural roots. Furthermore, I wish each person can have a chance of treasuring and preserving space of the moment, not just seeking for the novelty.
본 논문은 ‘지역아카이브’에 있어서 사진의 기록적 가치와 사회적인 역할을 <間_사이간>작품을 통해 분석하고 연구한 글이다. 본 작업은 서울에 존재하는 지역 중에서 한국적인 역사... 본 논문은 ‘지역아카이브’에 있어서 사진의 기록적 가치와 사회적인 역할을 <間_사이간>작품을 통해 분석하고 연구한 글이다. 본 작업은 서울에 존재하는 지역 중에서 한국적인 역사와 문화를 간직하고 있는 ‘계동’의 ‘지역아카이브’를 지역사와 가족사와 개인사로 분류하여 공간, 인간, 시간이라는 3가지 요소로 작품에 반영하였다. ‘공간’이 갖는 ‘시간’적 의미를 재조명하고 그 안에 숨 쉬어왔을 ‘인간’의 이야기를 풀어내고자 하였다. 재개발로 인해 마을의 정체성이 점차 사라지고 있지만 ‘지역아카이브’를 통해 그 마을 고유의 역사와 문화를 바르게 알고 현재의 모습을 기록하여 그 흔적들을 보존하려는 의도이다. 본 작업은 계동의 잊혀져가는 역사적인 공간에 대한 기억과 오랜 시간 동안 한옥에서 생활한 사람들의 이야기와 시간의 흔적이 남아있는 생활물건들을 사진과 텍스트와 영상으로 기록하여 남겨놓고자 하였다. 사진이 지역아카이브를 설명하고 기록하는데 중요한 매체가 되었고 텍스트와 영상으로 심층적인 자료를 구성하고 보충하여 역사적, 문화적으로 폭넓게 이해할 수 있도록 시각적 읽기를 강조하였다. 본 작업을 통해 한 마을의 역사적 공간에 대한 사진적인 기록과 마을에 대한 사람들의 기억들을 보존하여 지역의 역사와 기억을 재구성하고 복원시킬 수 있는 중요한 사료가 되기를 바라고 우리 삶의 뿌리가 되는 것들에 대해 생각해 보는 계기가 되길 희망한다. 또한 동시대를 살아가는 사람들이 ‘지역아카이브’ 자료를 통해 전 세대가 함께 소통하고 공유하여 자신이 살아가는 삶의 공간을 소중히 생각하고 무조건 새것으로 바꾸려고만 하는 것이 아닌 의미 있게 잘 이어가는 계기가 되기를 바란다. ，韩语论文网站，韩语论文网站 |
