본 연구는 기존프로구단이 운영하고 있는 어플리케이션의 현황과 신생프로구단의 홍보를 위한 어플리케이션 개발방안 및 웹 접근성 준수여부를 통한 지역사회복지 발전 방향을 규명하는데... 본 연구는 기존프로구단이 운영하고 있는 어플리케이션의 현황과 신생프로구단의 홍보를 위한 어플리케이션 개발방안 및 웹 접근성 준수여부를 통한 지역사회복지 발전 방향을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서 연구대상으로 기존프로구단에서 5년이상 근무하고 있는 프런트 직원과 웹 접근성 준수여부를 확인하기 위해 기존프로구단(성남일화천마, 넥센히어로즈) 홈페이지 주소를 평가 대상으로 선정하였다. 측정방법으로는 질적 연구로 프런트 직원에게는 면대면 인터뷰 방식을 통한 심층면담으로 진행하였고, 기존프로구단의 홈페이지 접근성 평가는 K-WAH4.3을 이용하여 URL주소를 입력 후 나타나는 한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 2.0에 따라 웹사이트(웹페이지)가 접근성 지침의 6개 세부지침을 준수하는지를 자동 점검하도록 지원해 주는 소프트웨어를 이용할 것이다. URL평가의 수집페이지 수는 100으로 제한하였으며 수집깊이의 제한과 응답시간은 통상적인 20과 30초로 제한하였다. 다만 동일 게시판 페이지 수집 수는 1부터 100까지의 제한 중 5와 10 사이로 결정하였다. 적용인코딩은 KSC_5601/EUC-KE 한국어로 하였고, 적용DTD형식은 HTML 4.01 표준지수로 진행하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존의 어플리케이션을 활용한 프로스포츠 구단의 사례는 대체로 활용성이 낮기 때문에 어플리케이션을 통한 홍보의 보편화가 부족하였다. 둘째, 기존프로구단의 홍보는 오프라인에서 시작한 경우가 많기 때문에 오프라인과 온라인의 연계성 홍보효과의 구조가 미흡했다. 셋째, 프로스포츠구단의 수익은 관중의 수로 직결되기 때문에 신생프로구단과 관중의 구조적 간결성과 마케팅 전략이 부족했다. 넷째, 성남일화천마의 K-WAH4.3 평가는 항목 수 3866건의 오류 수 2385건으로 대체텍스트, 레이블 제공, 마크업 문법에서 준수율이 낮게 나왔으며, 웹 페이지가 구성되지 않아 전달하고자하는 콘텐츠의 전달이 부정확했다. 다섯째, 넥센히어로즈의 K-WAH4.3 평가는 항목 수 3299건의 오류 수 87건으로 준수한 결과로 웹 사이트 상에서 제공된 서비스 혹은 콘텐츠의 따라서 웹 사이트를 방문하는 소비자가 증대 되며 나타난 효과적인 마크업 문법 요소의 오류가 적었다. 주제어 : _신생프로구단_ , _K-WAH4.3_ , _프로스포츠구단_ , _홈페이지_ , _웹사이트_
This study’s purpose is to find the development direction of local communities by examining the present situation of professional sports teams’ applications and the emerging professional teams’ application development strategy and accessibility.... This study’s purpose is to find the development direction of local communities by examining the present situation of professional sports teams’ applications and the emerging professional teams’ application development strategy and accessibility. The study’s subjects include professional sports team’s front employees with at least 5 years of experience and used websites of professional sports teams including Nexen Heroes and Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma. In-depth interviews were conducted for front employees, and K-WAH4.3 program was used to analyze web accessibility. K-WAH4.3 analyzes whether a website abides to six detailed accessibility guidelines from Korea’s web content accessibility guide 2.0. The number of web pages collected was limited to 100 pages and limitation for collection depth and response time were limited to 20 to 30 seconds. In such cases involving similar collection pages, the limitation was set between 5 to 10. KSC_5601/EUC-KE was used for applied encoding and HTML 4.01 was used for applied DTD form. The study yielded following results. First, the promotion of application for professional sports team was insufficient because the availability of existing application for professional sports team was low. Second, the relationship between offline and online promotion effects was weak as the promotion of present professional sports team started offline. Third, structural briefness and marketing strategy for newly-professional sports team were insufficient because professional sports team’s profit is directly related to the audience number. Fourth, K-WAH4.3 results for Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma’s website confirmed 2385 errors out of 3866 items; the compliance rate of substitute text, label offering, and markup character were low and content communication was inaccurate. Fifth, K-WAH4.3 results for Nexen Heroes’ website confirmed 87 errors out of 3299 items; the number of visitors was increased by website’s service or content, and the number of markup character error was low.
