본 연구는 이주노동자 대상 매체를 활용하여 이주노동자들을 위한 듣기 교육에 대해 고찰한 것이다. 국내의 이주노동자들을 대상으로 한 한국어 듣기 교육 연구는 현재까지 미진한 실정이... 본 연구는 이주노동자 대상 매체를 활용하여 이주노동자들을 위한 듣기 교육에 대해 고찰한 것이다. 국내의 이주노동자들을 대상으로 한 한국어 듣기 교육 연구는 현재까지 미진한 실정이다. 매체를 활용한 듣기 교수ㆍ학습 설계는 효율적인 듣기 교육 현장에 교수 방안을 제공할 것이다. 본고는 우선 이주노동자들의 한국어 듣기 교육 현황을 제시함으로써 본 연구의 필요성을 제기하였다. 그리고 이주노동자 대상 매체의 현황을 밝히고 실제 방송 내용을 언어적, 비언어적, 담화적 특징에 따라 분석하였다. 분석한 자료를 토대로 각 담화 유형별로 교수ㆍ학습 원리를 설정하고 교수ㆍ학습 설계를 담화별로 제시하였다. 이주노동자 대상 매체를 담화 유형별로 분류하여 분석한 결과 대화, 인터뷰, 연설이 가지는 특징들을 대부분 가지고 있었다. 그리고 이주노동자 대상 매체는 이주노동자에게 친숙도가 높다. 따라서 이주노동자 대상 매체를 사용하여 한국어 듣기를 교수․학습 할 때 기대할 수 있는 교육적 효과는 다음과 같다. 친숙도가 높기 때문에 학습자의 듣기 활동에 대한 흥미와 적극적인 활동을 기대할 수 있다. 또한 이주노동자 대상 매체를 담화 유형별로 나누어 듣기 학습을 할 경우 의사소통의 실제성 향상과 학습자가 담화의 내용을 파악하는데 효과적이다. 그리고 실제 의사소통 상황에서 이뤄지는 듣기 활동과 유사하여 효과적인 한국어 의사소통을 가능케 할 것이다. 또한 이주노동자들이 대화, 인터뷰, 연설을 실제로 말하게 될 때 더욱 적절한 인터뷰와 연설을 말하게 할 것이다. 본 연구는 이주노동자를 대상으로 한 한국어 교육 자료와 연구가 부족한 실정에서 이주노동자 대상 방송의 현황을 파악하고 방송을 이용하여 한국어 듣기 교육을 시도하려고 하였다. 먼저 이주노동자 대상 매체 자료를 전사하고 담화 유형별로 분류하여 특징을 파악하였다. 그리고 분석 자료를 통해 구체적 교육 방안 및 교육 방법을 제시하였다. 그러나 마련된 교육 방안을 가지고 실제 수업에 적용하여 교육의 만족도를 설문조사하고 파악하지 못한 것은 이 연구의 한계라고 볼 수 있다. 앞으로 이 연구에서 제시된 교육 설계를 가지고 교육 지도안을 작성하고 장기적인 수업에 적용해야 할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 정확한 설문조사를 통해 수업의 실제적인 방법을 찾아가는 것에 도움이 된다면 이 연구에 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

First of all this manuscript raises the necessity of this study by showing korean listening education present condition for immigrant worker and analyses actual contents of the broadcasting by verbal, nonverbal, narrative feature. Finally this study makes teaching method and learning principle, suggests teaching and learning design by each narrative type in base of analysed data. A result of analysis of the media for immigrant worker by narrative type, the study found the most media have feature of conversation, interview and speech. The media for immigrant worker are familiar to them. So when teaching and learning korean listening education by using the media we expect follow educational effects. First because of high familiarity to them, learners can have a interest and active participation for listening. Second when learners listen the media by narrative type, they can understand the contents of media more easily. Third the contents of media is similar in actual conversational situation so learners can get improved conversational ability. Fourth when learners speak conversation, interview and speech actually, they can speak more proper interview and speech. This study try to analyse actual media situation for immigrant worker and educate korean listening in spite of lack of korean education data and study for immigrant worker. The study shows collected data of media for immigrant worker, analyses the feature by classifying conversational type and suggests specific method and plan of education by analysed data. But the limitation of the study is that the prepared education plan couldn't be applied to actual class and I couldn't get class satisfaction.
