근래 전 세계적으로 한국어를 배우려는 학습자의 수가 폭발적으로 늘어나고 있다. 언어를 배우는 데 있어 원만한 의사소통은 언어의 기본 역할이다. 최근 한국어교육 현장에서는 학습자의 의사소통 능력을 중요시해야 한다는 주장이 높아짐에 따라 그 기반이 되는 발음교육 또한 중요시되고 있다. 이에 따라 학습자 언어권별 발음교육과 한국어와의 대조를 통한 음운연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다.
특히 최근 한국어 학습자의 폭발적 증가에 가장 큰 역할을 하고 있는 것이 바로 중국인 학습자들이다. 이에 따라 자연스럽게 한국어 교사와 한국어 교육 연구자들은 중국인 학습자들을 접할 기회가 많아지게 되었고, 이에 따라 중국어와 한국어의 대조를 통한 연구도 활발하게 진행되고 있다.
그런데 이들 두 가지의 언어는 그 특성상 정확하게 일대일로 대응할 수 없는 것이기 때문에 각 연구자의 논의 방향에 따라 논의 결과가 다르게 나타났다. 교사는 여러 가지 교재로 학생들을 가르쳤으니, 이것이 바로 한국어 학습자들에게 발음의 오류가 생긴 원인 중의 하나이다. 또 학습자들이 모국어 발음의 영향을 받고 올바른 한국어 발음을 파악할 수 없기 때문에 오류가 많이 나타난다.
본고는 중국인 학습자를 대상으로 발음 교육에 대해 연구하는 것이다. 한국어와 중국어의 자음과 모음에 대해 설명하고 둘의 발음을 대조함으로써 중국인 학습자들이 한국어 발음을 쉽게 구사할 수 있도록 하는 데에 의의가 있다.
그리하여 중국인 학습자들은 한국어를 학습할 때 빈번하게 나타나는 오류를 조사하여, 그 이유에 대해 분석한 다음에 교정하도록 한다. 자음과 모음의 발음교육은 초급 단계의 내용이지만 학습자들은 학습 과정 중 모국어의 발음 영향이라든가 잘못된 발음교육을 받았든가 자신의 잘못된 발음습관 등 여러 가지 원인으로 발음 오류가 나타난다. 발음교육은 초급, 중급, 고급에서 빠짐없이 교육을 시켜야 한다. 이 논문의 실험 대상은 20대 한국어 학습자이며, 학습단계는 초급, 중급, 고급 모두 포함한다.
마지막으로 자음과 모음의 발음에 대해 교육 순서와 교수법을 연구하여 외국어로서의 한국어 교사들을 위해 적절한 교육 방법을 제시하도록 한다.

Recent years, around the number of learners who want to learn korean is increasing. In particular, the number of Chinese students has been biggest role of Korean learners, so, in this study, as the Chinese learners who want to learn korean to be the subject, to research the pronunciation errors of vowels and consonants that appear during the process of learning Korean.
In this study, the research process can be divided into two steps. first, according to published s or books, find out the highest frequency of pronunciation errors of vowels and consonants when foreign learners learn Korean. Second, as 15 Chinese students who are learning Korean as the subjects to read a korean article that with all the vowels and consonants of Korean, and record it, then broadcast recording materials to the Korean to find out the pronunciation errors of vowels and consonants in the recording materials. Through this two steps found out the highest frequency of pronunciation errors of vowels and consonants, including 7 consonants and 5 vowels. Author hope the result of this study can be same helpful to the education for foreigners of Korean.
