A Study on Multi-Culture Family Women's Satisfaction with Marital Relations Nam-Ju Han Major in Social Welfare, Department of Social Welfare Graduate School of Administration, Yeungnam University (Supervised by Professor Sang-Uk Hong) (Abstract) This study, with the subjects of women in multi-culture family, analyzed the course of international marriage, the reality of couple trouble, the level of communication, the degree of leisure activity and the satisfaction degree of marital relations. The significance and purpose of this study was to present an improvement proposal based on the result. This study administered self-evaluation and filling type questionnaire survey to 130 multi-culture families living in 9 eups and myeons in Goryeonmg-gun Gyeongbuk Province from January 20 to February 20, 2009. The 80 recollected questionnaires were used for analysis. Frequency analysis, t-test, One Way ANOVA and regression analysis were carried out using SPSS WIN 14.0 program for collected data and Cronbach's α coefficient was calculated for confidence. Followings are the results and conclusion of the study. First, in the multi-culture family, most women talked in Korean and their level of communication in Korean was average, while her husband's level of speaking wife's mother tongue was so poor. Second, women in multi-culture family were engaged in leisure activity once or twice a year. They went family eating-out once or twice every 6 months, but were rarely engaged in family-relatives meeting, family trip or cultural activity. Third, women in multi-culture family's satisfaction with marital relations was normal. The higher the average monthly income and the lesser the couple quarrel, the higher the degree of satisfaction with marital relations was. Lastly, the higher the degree of communication and the more frequent the leisure activity, the higher the degree of satisfaction with marital relations was. To raise the multi-culture family women's satisfaction with marital relations through communication and leisure activity based on the results, the marital relation education to multi-culture family women, the communication education based on understanding of Korean culture, leisure activity education and the method of practice would be necessary. Also to reduce the financial issue, the job placement and the conflicts of multi-culture families, the approach to family unit including husband and systematic Korean education would be necessary. This study has its significance in improving their family welfare afterwards by diagnosing the problems of multi-culture families.
다문화 가정 여성의 부부관계 만족도에 관한 연구 한 남 주 영남대학교 행정대학원 사회복지학과 사회복지 전공 지도교수 홍상욱 본 연구는 다문... 다문화 가정 여성의 부부관계 만족도에 관한 연구 한 남 주 영남대학교 행정대학원 사회복지학과 사회복지 전공 지도교수 홍상욱 본 연구는 다문화가정의 여성들을 대상으로 그들의 국제결혼 과정, 부부갈등 상태, 의사소통 수준, 여가활동 정도, 부부관계 만족도 등을 분석하였으며, 결과를 토대로 가족생활의 개선방안을 제시하는데 그 의의와 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 경상북도 고령군 9개 읍·면에 거주하는 다문화가정 130가구를 대상으로 2009년도 1월 20일부터 2009년 2월 20일까지 자기평가 기입방법으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 중 회수된 질문지 80부를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 14.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, T검정과 일원변량분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 신뢰도는 Cronbach's α계수를 구하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과와 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 다문화 가정의 여성은 대부분 한국어로 대화하며, 다문화 가정 여성의 한국어 소통 수준은 보통정도이다. 그러나 남편의 부인나라 말 수준은 매우 서툴렀다. 2. 다문화 가정의 여성은 1년에 1～2회 정도 여가활동을 하고 있는데, 가족외식은 6개월에 1～2회 정도, 가족동반 친지모임, 가족여행, 문화 활동은 거의 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 다문화 가정 여성의 부부관계 만족도는 보통정도로 나타났으며, 월평균 소득이 높을수록, 부부싸움을 하지 않을수록 부부관계 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 4. 의사소통과 여가활동 정도가 많을수록 부부관계 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 다문화 가정 여성의 의사소통, 여가활동을 통한 부부관계 만족도를 높여주기 위해서는 다문화 가정 여성을 대상으로 한 부부관계와 한국문화의 이해를 바탕으로 한 의사소통 교육, 여가활동 교육과 실천방법이 필요할 것이다. 또한 다문화 가정의 경제적 문제, 다문화 가정 여성의 취업알선, 다문화 가정의 갈등을 감소시키기 위해 남편을 포함한 가족 단위의 접근이 필요하며, 체계적인 한국어 교육이 필요 할 것이다. 본 연구의 의의는 이러한 결론을 통해서 다문화 가정의 문제점을 진단하여 앞으로 이들 가족복지를 향상시키는데 있다. ，韩语论文，韩语论文 |
