본 연구는 노인장기요양보험제도하에서 방문간호사의 방문간호서비스와 직무만족도를 파악하기 위해 8개 시도에서 근무하는 방문간호사를 대상으로 설문조사자료를 분석한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료는 2009년 2월 18일부터 3월 28일까지 총 33개 기관에서 103명의 방문간호사(회수율 65%)로 부터 회수하였다.

This study is a descriptive study on visiting nurses' services and their job satisfaction by analyzing the factors that impact their role accomplishment and job satisfaction under the Long-Term Care Insurance System for the Elderly. The data was collected from January 18∼March 28, 2009. Study subjects were 103 visiting nurses working in 33 institutions in 8 cities. The Index of Job satisfaction consists of 7 sectors which were established by modifying and supplementing the tool of Slavitt et. al.(1978). SPSS WIN 13.0 program was used for the analysis of the collected data in actual number and percentage, average and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and comparative analysis to analyze the reliability of Cronbach's α. etc. Visiting nurses were found to manage a range of diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, bedsore and dementia. Visiting nursing were ed to mostly take care of fundamental nursing. Visiting nurses with home health care specialist certification were ed to perform much more competently nursing treatment service and medication management than general visiting nurses such as sore care, catheterization and wound care etc. In regard of job satisfaction level overall average was 3.09 out of 5. The relation between visiting nurses' general characteristics and their job satisfaction showed no significant difference. |
