영화와 드라마 산업은 문화산업의 중요한 부분으로 세계 무역 거래에서 그 비중을 차지하는 정도가 점점 커지고 있다. 한국으로 예를 들면 1998년 한국 정부의 정책을 따라서 한국의 문화산... 영화와 드라마 산업은 문화산업의 중요한 부분으로 세계 무역 거래에서 그 비중을 차지하는 정도가 점점 커지고 있다. 한국으로 예를 들면 1998년 한국 정부의 정책을 따라서 한국의 문화산업은 고속 성장 했으며 국민 경제 상승에서의 주제산업이 되었다. 중국은 문화대국으로 인구나 국민 GDP가 한국에 비해 상당히 높음에도 불구하고 문화산업이 국민 경제 상승에 있어 큰 도움이 되지 못했다. 본 논문은 우선 중국 영화와 드라마산업의 발전사와 현황에 대해 소개함과 동시에 포터의 다이아몬드 모형을 이용하여 생산요소, 수요요소, 관련 지원 산업, 기업전략 구조와 경쟁, 정부의 5 가지 측면에서 중국 영화와 드라마 산업에 대해 분석했다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 영화와 드라마 산업에 있어 중국의 자본자원, 시설자원, 국내 수요요소는 충분하나 다른 요소들이 모두 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 인력자원부분에 있어 중국영화와 드라마 산업 관련 고급 인재들이 많이 필요하다. 마지막으로 중국 영화와 드라마 산업 대외 수출 진흥에 대한 개선 방안을 제시했다. 첫째, 인재 배양을 위주로 진행함과 동시에 세계 시장에서 중화 문화권의 한계를 벗어나 좋은 작품으로 세계 시장에서 관심을 받아야 한다. 동시에 통일된 관광자원을 개발하고 지속적인 관광산업 발전을 위해 관련 산업 위주로 지원해야 한다. 또한 중국 문화의 대표적인 브랜드도 필요하다. 해외 중문 채널이나 방송국 설립을 통해서 중국 영화와 드라마 작품의 해외 전파를 확대해야 한다. 마지막으로 정부는 중국 영화와 드라마 산업이 세계로 전파되기 위해 정책적으로 더 많이 지원해야 한다.
