국문초록 본 연구는 공동주택어린이집의 공공성향상을 위한 지원방안연구를 위해 B기업에서 실시하는 보육지원제도에 대해 구체적으로 알아보고, 원장이 인식한 보육지원 제도의 장점... 국문초록 본 연구는 공동주택어린이집의 공공성향상을 위한 지원방안연구를 위해 B기업에서 실시하는 보육지원제도에 대해 구체적으로 알아보고, 원장이 인식한 보육지원 제도의 장점과 특징, 한계와 문제점이 무엇인지 알아보았다. 연구문제 1. B기업에서 제시한 보육지원제도의 배경과 취지는 무엇인가? 연구문제 2. 강원도 W시 B원장이 인식한 B기업에서 실시하는 보육지원 제도의 장점과 특징은 무엇인가? 연구문제 3. 강원도 W시 B원장이 인식한 B기업에서 실시하는 보육지원 제도의 한계와 문제점은 무엇인가? W시 B기업의 보육지원사업 사례에 대한 자료는 B동동주택어린이집을 기존에 운영하고 있는 원장2인, 채용된 원장2인, 보육지원팀의 팀원1인과 심층면담을 통해 수집되었다. 심층면담 자료를 분석 한 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, B기업 보육지원사업의 배경과 취지는 B기업 사주의 강력한 의지로 처음 보육지원사업이 시작되었으며, 기업에서는 보육과 거주환경의 양립으로 인한 새로운 이미지를 창출하고자 하였다. B기업에서는 보육지원사업으로 먼저 보육지원팀을 구성하였고, 임대료를 면제하였다. 기업에서는 개원지원금과 다문화가정 자녀에게 입소료를 지원하였으며, 부모교육과 교사교육을 제공하였다. 또한 원장을 채용하여 어린이집에서 양질의 보육을 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 둘째, B기업 보육지원제도의 장점과 특징 각 원의 원장들은 임대료라는 심리적 부담감에서 해방 된 것 같은 마음을 느끼고 있었고, 보육전문가를 통한 어린이집의 질적인 상승효과를 기대하고, 아파트관리소의 지원과 협조의 긍정적인 전환이 생기게 되었다. 기업과 공동운영의 형태로 부모의 긍정적 지원과 신뢰가 강화되었고, 회계를 기업과 공유함으로써 원운영의 투명성을 스스로 증명 할 수 있는 계기가 되었으며, 공공형에 대한 의지를 강하게 보이고 있었다. 마지막으로 기업과 함께 민간어린이집의 보육의 공공성을 실현하고 있다고 이야기하였다. 셋째, B기업 보육지원제도의 한계와 문제점은 원장들은 기업의 제도의 한계에 대해 가장 먼저 민간어린이집을 운영하기 위해 발탁된다는 것이 매우 당혹감을 느끼고 있었다. 채용된 원장이 새로 개원하는 어린이집의 리모델링이나 개보수를 자부담한다는 아이러니를 느끼고 있었고, B기업의 계약서에는 행정조취로 인해 계약의 취소로 원장의 해고를 수용하기 어려워하였으며, B기업에서 달라진 임대비용 지출내역이 행사비와 견학비로만 사용하도록 고정되면서 다른 혜택들이 중단되었다. 또한 임대료비용의 지출은 또 다른 원장들의 족쇄가 되었고, 원장들은 너무나 많은 책임으로만 규정되어지는 원장의 자리에 대해 고민하는 모습을 볼 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결과는 기업의 보육지원사업에 대한 국가적 지원을 고려해야하며, 보육지원사업의 안정된 운영과 정착을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 또한 공동주택어린이집의 공보육실현을 위한 보육교직원의 질적 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하고, 원장의 자부담을 최소화할 수 있는 제도적 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 마지막으로 공동주택어린이집에 보육지원사업을 실시하는 기업에 보육지원팀의 구성을 의무화하여야 한다. 이러한 연구결과와 함께 기업과 공동주택어린이집의 공동운영이라는 새로운 대안으로 실현되는 공보육에 대한 재해석이 필요하며, 공동주택어린이집의 공보육실현을 위한 대안의 마련이 시급하다는 점에서 논의되었다. 주요어: 공동주택어린이집, 민간어린이집, 공보육, 보육의 공공성

Issue 1, what is the background and purpose of the child care support system presented by B company? Issue 2, What dose the B drector, W-si, Gangwon-do, indentify in the advantages and characteristics of child support system conducted by B company? The data on childcare support for W-si B company was collected htrough in-depth interviews with the hired two dretore, the one member of care support team, two drector who is currently operating a childcare’s daycare center. The summary of the analyzed findings is summarized as follows. First, The background and purpose of care support project of B company is started by the strong will of the frim’s founder B campany, B company want to create a new image of the coexist with care and living environment. B company consistes of care support team and exempts from the rent fee. B company supports admission fee and intial support to multicultural family’s children, provides parents education and teacher education. Also, B company hirds the drector in daycare center who is providing the care of a good quailty. Second, The advantage and charateristics of B company care support system are that the drectors of each daycare center feels the freedom from the burdend of rent fee, expects the quailtive synergisitic effect of daycare center from care expert, occurs the positive chang of the support and cooperation from the apartment management office. The parent’s positive support and trust are enhenced from the joint operation with company. And, accounting brings the transparency of the operation of daycare center from the sharing with company. Finally, the dretor realizes the public interest of the care of the private daycare center with company. Third, the limitation and problem of the child support system of B company are that the drector feels the panic being selected to run a private daycare center below the confines feels the irony of the corparate system. The chosen drector who is running a new private daycare Because of admministrative action, paying the cost of the remodeling and renovation, in the B company’s contract, by cancelling the contract the drector cannot accept the dismissal. In the be company, the changed rent cost’s expenditure details is fixed to be used to event cost and inspection cost, stop other benefits. Also, the expense of rent was another set of drector’s priests, the drector’s aspect having an excessive duty. According to the study results, the care support projet must consider national support, the stable operation and the effort of settlement are required. Also, the effort for public care realization of the apartment house’s daycare center is required, the systematic plan is minimizing the burden of drector must be prepared. Finally, the company is accomplish the care support project of apartment house’s daycare center must consist of care support team.
