It also was starting to rely on spreading innovation education. In 2016, 96.3% 0f all Gyeonggi-do schools operates a innovation sympathy schools system. It means It was made the quantitative increase innovation education. If so, it needs to be checked to innovation sympathy schools system. whether it based on the autonomy of teachers, or democratic communication between members of schools and improve of school culture. The purpose of this study is to find to the awareness of elemantary shool teachers about Innovation Sympathy Schools system and search for what we need to succeed to Innovation Sympathy Schools system though analysis of Effects of four tasks of Innovation Sympathy Schools . For these purposes, this study attempted to answer research questions as follows. First, are there any differences of the awareness of Innovation Sympathy Schools system by factor according to elementary school teacher’s background variables? Second, are there any differences of the awareness of Innovation Sympathy Schools operation by factor according to elementary school teacher’s background variables? Third, how different is the awareness of operating before and after of Innovation Sympathy Schools? In order to answer these questions, a questionnaire survey was conducted with teachers from elementary schools of Gyeonggi-do Siheung region which is operating Innovation Sympathy Schools since 2015. So a total of 245 questionnaires were used as analysis data. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS v 18.0. The mean and standard deviation were calculated for each question, and independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Chi-square test, and Scheffe´ were conducted. The results of these analyses are summarized as follows First, management of teachers are on a high awareness of level about Innovation Sympathy Schools system in three items: understanding system, satisfaction Policy, continue to promote. it means role of management of teachers is very important. Second, Operating since it could find a significant difference these three task: Autonomous community participation, communication. Learning community of openness and cooperation and Creative Curriculum according to scale of schools. Especially, 36 classes or more schools is high awareness level. it shows Innovation Sympathy Schools can be a viable model for large-scale schools for school innovation. In the task of a living community of respect and consideration. it could find a significant difference in previous operations, but Operating since there were no differences specially less than 18 class. Third, elementary school teachers recognized the positive effect of Innovation Sympathy Schools system. it means they are enough to know better the system and acceptable to change school culture. These findings suggest that Innovation Sympathy Schools create a school culture of communication and empathy. To Successful operation of Innovation Sympathy Schools is needed to train competent teachers. and also needed to operate featuring business and challenge appropriate task according to the size of school.
혁신공감학교는 혁신학교에게 집중되어 있는 교육기회를 균등하게 제공하고, 모든 학교에 혁신 교육를 확산하겠다는 의지로 출발하였다. 2016년 현재 경기도 96.3% 학교에서 혁신공감학교가 ... 혁신공감학교는 혁신학교에게 집중되어 있는 교육기회를 균등하게 제공하고, 모든 학교에 혁신 교육를 확산하겠다는 의지로 출발하였다. 2016년 현재 경기도 96.3% 학교에서 혁신공감학교가 운영되고 있으며 혁신교육의 양적인 증대가 이루어졌다. 그렇다면 이러한 혁신공감학교의 운영이 혁신학교의 본질인 교사의 자율성을 바탕으로 한 학교 혁신의 추구, 민주적인 의사소통과 학교문화 개선에 바탕을 두고 학교 현장에서 운영되고 있는지 점검할 필요가 있다. 이 연구를 통해서는 혁신공감학교에 대한 초등 교사들의 인식 수준을 알아보고, 운영효과 분석을 통하여 혁신공감학교가 성공하기 위한 시사점이나 필요한 지원이 무엇인지 살펴보고자 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 혁신공감학교 제도에 대한 인식은 초등교사의 배경변인(성별, 직위, 교육경력, 학교규모)에 따라 차이가 있는가? 둘째, 혁신공감학교 운영에 대한 인식은 초등교사의 배경변인(성별, 직위, 교육경력, 학교규모)에 따라 차이가 있는가? 셋째, 혁신공감학교 전·후 비교를 통한 운영 효과에 대한 인식이 어떠한가? 이상의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 2015년부터 혁신공감학교로 지정받아 운영 중인 경기도 시흥시에 재직 중인 초등 교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 총 245부를 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 자료 처리는 SPSS v 18.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 검증방법으로는 독립표본 t검증, 교차분석, 일원변량분석을 실시하였으며, 분석한 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혁신공감학교 제도에 대한 인식은 교사의 배경변인 중 보직교사의 인식수준이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 혁신공감학교 운영의 성패는 중추적인 역할을 담당하는 보직교사의 역량이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 혁신공감학교 운영에 대한 인식은 운영과제별로 살펴보았다. 참여와 소통의 자치공동체, 개방과 협력의 학습공동체, 창의적 교육과정 운영 과제에서는 운영이후 학교 규모에 따른 유의미한 인식차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 특히 학급 규모가 36학급 이상의 학교에서 더욱 높은 인식을 보였다. 이는 혁신학교가 소규모 학교에 적합한 모델이라면 혁신공감학교는 대규모 학교에서도 실현 가능한 모델임을 보여주는 것이라 생각된다. 존중과 배려의 생활공동체 과제에서는 운영이전 학교 규모에 따른 유의미한 차이를 보였으나 운영이후는 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이는 18학급 이하의 소규모 학교에 존중과 배려의 생활공동체 과제가 효과가 있었다는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 혁신공감학교의 효과에 대하여는 운영 전․후 비교했을 때 모든 초등 교사들은 효과가 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 이는 혁신공감학교에 대해 제도와 추진과제에 대해 충분히 인식하고 학교 변화를 수용하고 있다는 것을 나타낸다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 혁신공감학교는 소통과 공감의 새로운 학교 문화를 창조하는데 효과가 있음을 의미한다. 또한 혁신공감학교의 성공적인 운영을 위해서는 역량있는 핵심교원양성이 필요하며 학교 규모에 맞는 단위학교 특색사업 및 추진과제 운영이 가장 필요하다고 할 수 있다. ，韩语论文题目，韩语论文网站 |
