Now it is found that the various requirements and interests is being in crashing in relation to institutionalization. Then, through the christian moral theological consideration which have been providing coherent reflections on variety bioethics, it is appropriate for this occasion to examine the discussion about 'making regarding life-sustaining treatment'. Among these, the thing which have to be examined in priority is the institutionalization of subjective opinion by falsification of words. The problems about this are discovered in various comprehension of words which is used in discussions such as life-sustaining treatment, self- determination, the respect of autonomy. From now on, the stand point of Catholic Church is very clear and careful on institutions associated with the life which are going to have greater repercussions on the society.
