오늘날 ICT를 기반으로 한 융합기술의 발달로 인해 산업전반에 걸쳐서 새로운 패러다임들이 도래하고 있다. 1970년대 이후 메인프레임으로 대표되던 초기 기업의 IT환경은 이후 현재까지 오픈시스템 시대를 거치며 다양한 컴퓨팅환경으로 진화되어 왔으며 2010년을 전후로 클라우드컴퓨팅 환경으로 급속하게 발전하고 있다. IT의 가장 큰 경쟁력은 기업 외부와의 유연한 비즈니스를 가능케 하는 공유 인프라스트럭쳐로부터 나온다(Nicholas Carr, 2004)라는 말과 같이 향후 엔터프라이즈 IT환경의 핵심이 되고 있는 클라우드는 과거로부터 여러 학자들과 기업에서 예측되어 왔다. 혁신과 가치 등 여러 관점에서 논의되는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스는 더 이상 먼 미래의 일이 아닌 기업입장에서 당장 현재에 가장 우선적으로 도입을 고려해야 하는 당면과제가 아닐 수 없다. 이러한 배경을 통해 본 연구의 필요성을 제기하고자 하였다.
본 연구의 목적은 빠르게 확산되고 있는 엔터프라이즈 클라우드 서비스에 있어서 금융권 기업을 대상으로 클라우드 서비스 유형별 우선적인 선택요인을 도출하고 그 기대효과를 예측해 보고자 함이다. 본 연구와 유사하게 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 도입 시의 선택요인을 연구한 선행연구 사례가 다수 있으나, 아직까지 세부 업종으로 구분하여 그 결과를 도출한 연구가 많지 않았다. 특히 현실적으로 업무 복잡도, 투자여력 대비 새로운 기술의 도입에 있어서 보수적인 의사결정 문화 등에 의해 새로운 IT패러다임으로의 전환속도가 더딘 국내 금융권 기업에 대한 실증적인 연구수행이 본 연구의 가장 핵심적인 목표이다.
연구모형에 포함된 클라우드 서비스 도입 선택요인으로 IT BSC의 네가지 관점, 즉 경영성과 기여도, 사용자 지향성, 운영 효율성 그리고 미래 대응성 등을 선정하였고, 경영성과 기여도 관점에서는 경영전략 지원, 투자수익률, 생산성 증가, 비용수준 그리고 위험도, 사용자 지향성 관점에서는 시스템 품질, 제품 만족도, 서비스 만족도 그리고 고객 참여도, 운영 효율성 관점에서는 개발 적정성, 개발 효율성, 운영 효율성, 시스템 안정성 그리고 표준수립/준수, 미래 대응성 관점에서는 기술인력 보유, 직원 교육기회, 신기술 적용 그리고 기반시설 수준 등의 요인을 선정하여 대표적인 세가지 클라우드 서비스 유형인 SaaS, PaaS 그리고 IaaS 별로 금융권 기업 종사자들을 대상으로 AHP설문을 실시하여 결과를 도출하였으며, SaaS의 경우 '시스템 안정성', PaaS의 경우 '비용 수준', IaaS의 경우 '위험도' 요인을 가장 우선적인 선택요인으로 꼽음을 알 수 있었다.
본 연구의 결과는 금융권 업무에 좀 더 밀접한 요인을 선정하지 못한 측면에서 부족함은 있으나, 클라우드 서비스의 유형별로 도입을 고려하는 금융권 기업입장에서나 클라우드 서비스를 제공하는 서비스제공자 측면에서 기초적인 개념을 정의하고 기준을 수립하는데 주요참고자료로 활용될 것을 기대한다.

Because of convergence technology developments based on ICT today, new paradigms throughout the industries are emerging. After 1970s represented as the main frame, early stage’s IT environment has been evolved through the open system era into various computing environments until now, and around 2010 it has been rapidly developed to cloud computing environments. Since past days, various scholars and enterprises have predicted the cloud, which is the core of the enterprise IT environment, as a word that the most valuable IT’s competitiveness is coming from a sharing infrastructure to make flexible businesses with outside the enterprises(Nicholas Carr, 2004). Discussed in various aspects of innovation and value, the cloud computing service is not any more the future thing but a necessary challenge that enterprises should consider the introduction of the cloud computing system. Depending on this background, this study suggests the importance of this research.
This study aims at deducting prior selection factors of each type of the cloud service and anticipating expectation effects of the cloud service in the enterprise cloud service that spreads fast as targeting financial enterprises. Although there are many advanced studies to research the selection factors like this study when the cloud computing system is introduced, there are a few studies to deduct results by classifying industries in detail. Especially, this study has a key purpose to conduct an empirical research on domestic financial enterprises that has been changed slowly into a new IT paradigm because of task’s complexity and a conservative culture of decision to apply new technologies compared to investment potential in realistic.
This study selected the selection factors of the cloud service introduction, included in the research model, as IT BSC’s for aspects that are management performance contribution, user orientation, operation efficiency, and future responsiveness. It chose, in the aspect of management performance contribution management strategy support, investment profit rate, productivity increase, expenditure level, and risk, and it chose, in the aspect of user orientation, system quality, product satisfaction, service satisfaction, and customer participation, and it chose, in the aspect of operation efficiency, development appropriateness, development efficiency, operation efficiency, system stability, and standards establishment and compliance, and it chose, in the aspect of future responsiveness, securing technical experts, staff training opportunity, new technology application, and infrastructure level, so that this study deducted results, by operating the AHP survey, focusing on financial enterprise workers of each type of the three representative cloud services that are SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. This study found that ‘the system stability’ is the most prior selection factor in case of the SaaS, ‘the expenditure level’ is the most prior selection factor in case of the PaaS, and ‘the risk’ is the most prior selection factor in case of the IaaS.
Although, the results of this study has a weakness that it could not select the closer factors of the financial works, this study expects that the data could be utilized as an important reference of each type of the cloud service to define a basic concept and establish a standard for the financial enterprises as considering introduction of the cloud services or the service providers as suggesting the cloud services.
