Trust and commitment using Effect of Safety Climate. -Focused on Clothes Distribution center- Lee Jae-gun Department of Industrial and Management Engineering Graduate School, Myongji University Directed by Professor Kang Kyung-sik Recently, as the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs presented in 2013, there are about 90 trillion won of sales, 170 thousand enterprises, 580 thousand employees because of the rapid development of logistics industry and growth is repeated every year. With growth of logistics industry, environment of logistics center was changed, so function of the weighted value is strengthened by focusing from ancient simple storage function to logistics activity and danger of safety accident was improved. Logistics were recognized as a key of enterprise competition on the optimal point with consumers and enterprises are interested in costs reduction, efficiency improvement, productivity improvement, etc. and concerns and investments for workers' safety awareness encouragement or safety accident prevention are much lower than other business types. Most of clothing logistics enterprises are small-scaled with less than 50 employees. There is no duty to appoint safety manager, so there is not concrete statistical material for disaster occurrence. Especially, as abilities to treat cargo volume are increased, all kinds of automatic equipment are rapidly increased and for the organization of manpower, workers are aged, rate of female workers is increased, irregular workers are increased and enterprise culture pursues profits rather than safety. As a result, while pursuing performance principle, the rate of logistics industry disaster is not reduced. According to the 2014 presentation of the Ministry of Employment and Labor about industry disaster situation, presumed amount of financial loss including direct and indirect loss is 19,632,795 million won because of the industrial disaster. Both enterprises and workers bring personal and financial damages to logistics management, so lots of damages are given to the management. Therefore, the purposes of this research are to analyze effects of workers' safety awareness level(strictness of safety rules, danger treating method, understanding of safety education, focusing on working process) on organizational trust and organization committment and let them realize the importance of safety based on the survey on logistics industry's disaster situation, characteristics of clothing industry and clothing logistics, safety education of workers and industry disaster situation among the logistics industry which is rapidly developed for the safety which is focused as a great value of our society. For this research, self-administered survey was conducted for 203 workers of clothing logistics center. Among them, questionnaires of 185 respondents except for 18 respondents with insincere responses were the object of research. Through the results of research, safety awareness of clothing logistics center's workers was a factor making an effect on organizational trust and organizational commitment and this research drew problems of safety and improvements through the analysis on the factors and workers' safety education situation and industry disaster situation, so this research is significant. Enterprises managing clothing logistics center intend to give assistance to safety accident prevention of workers in the future. If study and examination are conducted additionally in the future, this research intends to conduct the study by expanding the effects on safety behavior and accidents through the improvement of safety awareness for regular, irregular and the whole country-ranged population from the range with small-scaled group of survey and regionally limited capital area. 안전의식의 영향력 분석을 통한 조직신뢰와 몰입도 향상에 관한 실증적 연구 이 재 건 명지대학교 대학원 산업경영공학과 지도교수 강 경 식 최근 들어 물류산업의 급속한 발전으로 인... 안전의식의 영향력 분석을 통한 조직신뢰와 몰입도 향상에 관한 실증적 연구 이 재 건 명지대학교 대학원 산업경영공학과 지도교수 강 경 식 최근 들어 물류산업의 급속한 발전으로 인하여 2013년 국토부 발표자료에 의하면 매출액은 약 90조원, 업체수는 17만개, 고용인원은 58만명에 달하며 매년 성장을 거듭하고 있다. 이러한 물류산업의 성장과 함께 물류센터의 환경도 바뀌어 과거의 단순보관 및 저장기능에서 물류활동 중심으로 부가가치 기능이 강화되면서 안전사고의 위험성이 높아지고 있다. 물류가 소비자와 최접점에서 이루어지는 기업경쟁력의 핵심으로 인식하면서도 기업은 비용절감, 효율성재고, 생산성향상등에만 관심을 가지고 작업자의 안전의식고취나 안전사고예방을 위한 관심과 투자는 타업종에 비해 상당히 떨어져있는 상태이며 특히 의류물류사업장은 대부분이 50인 미만의 영세한 사업장으로 안전관리자 선임의 의무가 없어 재해발생에 대한 구체적인 통계자료조차 없는 것이 현실이다. 특히 물동량 처리능력이 증대되면서 각종 자동화 장비 사용이 급증하고 인력구성원은 근로자의 고령화, 여성근로자의 비율증가, 비정규직 근로자가 증가하고 있고, 기업문화도 안전보다는 이윤추구에 따른 결과, 성과주의를 추구하면서 물류산업재해율이 감소하지 않는다. 2014년 고용노동부 산업재해현황 발표자료에 의하면 산업재해로 인하여 직, 간접 손실금액을 포함한 경제적 손실 추정액도 약 19조 6천억 원에 이르는 것으로 기업, 종사자 모두 물류운영에 인적, 경제적 피해를 가져옴으로써 운영에 큰 피해를 주고있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 우리사회의 큰 가치로 부각되고 있는 안전에 대하여 급속히 발전하는 물류산업 가운데 물류산업의 재해현황과 의류산업, 의류물류의 특성 및 종사자들의 안전교육 및 산업재해실태 조사를 바탕으로 종사자들의 안전의식수준(안전규칙의 엄격성, 위험처리방식, 안전교육이해도, 작업공정중시)이 조직신뢰와 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 안전에 대한 중요성을 일깨우고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 의류물류센터 종사자 203명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그중 불성실한 답변을 한 18명을 제외한 185명의 설문지를 연구대상으로 하였다. 연구결과를 통해 의류물류센터 종사자들의 안전의식이 조직신뢰와 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이러한 요인들과 종사자들의 안전교육실태, 산업재해실태분석을 통해 안전에 대한 문제점과 개선방안을 도출했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 이러한 결과는 향후 의류물류센터를 운영하는 기업들이 종사자들의 안전사고예방에 도움을 주고자 한다. 향후 연구검토가 추가적으로 이루어진다면 설문모집단이 소규모이고 지역적으로 수도권에 제한되었던 범위를 정규직과 비정규직, 전국적 범위의 모집단을 대상으로 안전의식 향상을 통한 안전행동과 사고에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확장하여 연구를 수행해 보고자 한다. 주제어 : 물류산업재해, 안전의식, 조직신뢰, 조직몰입 ，韩语毕业论文，韩语论文范文 |
