Due to globalization, Korea has become a multi-cultural society and the multi-cultural families have shown unique characteristics which can cause various social conflicts. Due to globalization, Korea has become a multi-cultural society and the multi-cultural families have shown unique characteristics which can cause various social conflicts. However, the researches and policies on the issue have not been well organized so the current situation may lead to a greater social costs and problems. The purpose of this study is to analysis the role of the community and the education satisfaction in multi-cultural families to resolve the situations. In this study, the author referred to other research s, conducted surveys, and Interviewed a group of immigrant women at a community college for multi-cultural families. The summery of research is the following : First, the educational satisfaction showed high when provided with 1) Korean language classes, 2) learning support, 3) family support. Among these, ‘learning support’ was the most effective. Second, between two types of communities(urban/rural), there was little difference on the educational satisfaction level when provided with Korean language classes. However, there were differences in satisfaction level between two communities in both learning support and family support. In particular, the urban community showed greater satisfaction then the rural community on average. Third, in conclusion, multi-cultural families would become an outstanding agricultural workforce, if multi-cultural family centers, the NACF and the government together can make welfare policies and activation measures according to this policy suggestions derived from actual phenomenon analyses.
국문 초록 최근 세계화와 국제화의 추세에 따라 다문화사회는 일반적인 경향을 보이고 있다. 그러나 다문화가정은 독특한 특징 및 현상이 존재하고 있어 갈등과 문제점의 요인이 될 수도 ... 국문 초록 최근 세계화와 국제화의 추세에 따라 다문화사회는 일반적인 경향을 보이고 있다. 그러나 다문화가정은 독특한 특징 및 현상이 존재하고 있어 갈등과 문제점의 요인이 될 수도 있다. 하지만, 다문화가정에 대한 연구나 복지정책은 체계화되지 못하여서 이를 지체할 경우에는 심각한 사회적비용의 증가와 문제점이 우려된다고 하겠다. 이 같은 문제를 해소하기 위해서 본 연구의 목적은 지역사회의 역할증대 방안에 대한 연구를 모색하고, 교육의 만족도 등의 내용에 대하여 분석해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 결혼이주민여성을 위한 다문화여성대학 참가 및 수료생을 대상으로 진행하였다. 첫째, 한글강의, 학습지원, 가족지원이 높아질수록 교육만족도는 모두 정(/)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 가운데 학습지원이 교육만족에 미치는 영향이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습지원 및 가족지원은 유형에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 특히, 도심형 유형이 농촌형 유형보다 평균적으로 높은 만족도를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화가정의 실태와 현상을 알아보고 다문화가족센터, 농협, 정부 등 복지실태와 활성화 방안에 대한 정책적 제언을 제시하였다, 이를 통하여 다문화가정이 미래의 우수한 농업의 인력으로 안정적으로 정착하는 계기가 되기를 바란다. ，韩语论文网站，韩语论文题目 |
