살아있는 도서관, 이야기가 있는 도서관, 감성문화공간으로서 일반 대중과 함께 호흡하는 도서관으로 이제 국회도서관이 발돋움해야 할 때이다. 현대 사회의 변화에 따라 도서관은 과거의 ... 살아있는 도서관, 이야기가 있는 도서관, 감성문화공간으로서 일반 대중과 함께 호흡하는 도서관으로 이제 국회도서관이 발돋움해야 할 때이다. 현대 사회의 변화에 따라 도서관은 과거의 전통적 도서관 기능뿐 아니라 문화적 기능을 수행할 것을 요구받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 ‘국회와 국민에게 최상의 서비스를 제공하는 세계 일류의 의회도서관’이라는 비전을 추구하는 국회도서관이 어떠한 의미와 방향성을 갖고 국회도서관의 문화공간과 문화콘텐츠를 개발하여야 할 것인지 그 방안을 제시하고자 진행하였다. 국회도서관을 대상으로 물리적 공간인 하드웨어적 측면과 공간을 채우는 내용을 의미하는 소프트웨어적 측면, 양 측면을 함께 조사·분석하여 종합적인 개발 방안을 연구하였다. 본론에서는 국회도서관, 문화공간, 문화콘텐츠에 관한 선행연구 동향과 국회도서관의 문화공간 및 문화콘텐츠 현황을 살펴보았다. 이론적 고찰에서 정리된 내용을 토대로 국회도서관 문화공간 조성과 문화콘텐츠 개발 방안을 실증하기 위하여 국회도서관 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지 문항은 국회도서관 이용자의 일반현황 및 국회도서관의 문화공간 구성 현황과 향후 방향, 국회도서관 문화콘텐츠의 경험 사항과 요구사항을 측정하는 문항으로 구성하였다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 본 연구자는 국회도서관의 문화공간화 및 문화콘텐츠 개발을 위하여 세 가지 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 일상 가운데 편안하게 접근할 수 있는, 문화적 즐거움을 갖고 소통할 수 있는 공간으로서의 국회도서관 공간 구성에 주력하여야 한다. 특히 설문조사 결과 중요도는 높으나 만족도가 낮았던 ‘휴게 공간’에 대하여 중점적으로 보완·강화해야 한다. 둘째, 국회와 협력한 연계 콘텐츠, 국회도서관만의 특성화된 문화콘텐츠를 개발하여 국회와 국민의 소통을 위한 문화적 가교 역할을 수행하여야 한다. 공공도서관이나 문화센터가 이미 잘 운영하고 있는 문화프로그램을 모방하는 차원이 아니라 의회도서관으로서 의미 있는 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 국회도서관의 OSMU(One Source Multi Use) 콘텐츠를 개발하여야 한다. 일회성으로 그치는 행사보다는 내실 있는 문화콘텐츠를 개발하여 다양한 방식으로 활용할 수 있도록 검토해야 한다. 본 연구는 국회도서관의 문화공간화와 문화콘텐츠 개발이라는 두 가지 내용을 함께 다루다 보니 심도 있는 연구가 부족하여 구체적인 방안을 제시하기에는 미흡하였지만, 본 연구를 통해 국회도서관의 문화공간화를 위한 몇 가지 제언을 할 수 있었던 것은 나름의 의미가 있다고 본다. 앞으로 이 연구를 기초하여 국회도서관의 문화공간화에 대한 다각도의 연구가 활발하게 전개되기를 기대한다.

It is time for National Assembly Library to take a step further to become a library which is alive, has stories and breathes with the public as a sensible cultural space. As the modern society evolves, libraries are required to carry out cultural functions in addition to its' traditional functions. Hence this study was conducted to suggest ways for National Assembly Library who's vision is to be "the world's top library of congress which provides best service to the National Assembly and the people" to develop cultural contents and turn itself into a cultural space while keeping in mind of the significance and which direction it has to go. Hardware aspect which refers to the physical space and software aspect which refers to the contents which fills the space were both studied and analyzed with the National Assembly Library as the subject to study the comprehensive development measures. In the main part this study, trends of preceding researches on the National Assembly Library, cultural space and cultural contents were looked at and current states of cultural space and contents of the National Assembly Library were also looked at. Based on these theoretical considerations a survey was conducted targeting the National Assembly Library patrons to prove the measures of the cultural space and contents of the National Assembly Library development. Survey questions were consisted to ask general demographics of the patrons, the current states of cultural space of the National Assembly Library, future plans, the cultural contents of the Library experience and the request of the patrons. Based on such studies, three suggestions were made for making the library a cultural space and developing the cultural contents. First, the library has to concentrate on forming a space in which can be easily approached and communicated with cultural pleasures. Especially, 'resting area' which scored high on the importance but low on the satisfactory level has to be enhanced and reinforced with priority. Second, the library has to perform the role of cultural bridge for the communication between the National Assembly and the people by developing specialized cultural contents and linked contents with the National Assembly. It is necessary for the library to create the contents which has meaning as the library of congress rather than copying other well running cultural programs of other institutions. Third, OSMU(One Source Multi Use) contents has to be developed. Ways to develop cultural contents and variously utilize instead of holding one time events has to be reviewed. This study deals with both the development of cultural contents and cultural space of the National Assembly Library. Hence, the study lacks the in-depth research and is short when it comes to suggesting the specific measures. However, it was meaningful as some suggestions were made to develop the National Assembly Library as the cultural space. With this study as the basis, I hope that studies with various angles regarding the National Assembly Library as the cultural space can be conducted in the future. ，韩语论文网站，韩语毕业论文 |
