이민자 대상 한국어 교재에 나타난 문화요소 분석 -『이민자를 위한 한국어와 한국문화』를 대상으로- 본 연구는 현재 사회통합프로그램에 적용하고 있는 이민자 대상 한국어 교재인 『... 이민자 대상 한국어 교재에 나타난 문화요소 분석 -『이민자를 위한 한국어와 한국문화』를 대상으로- 본 연구는 현재 사회통합프로그램에 적용하고 있는 이민자 대상 한국어 교재인 『이민자를 위한 한국어와 한국문화』교재를 중심으로 교재에 나타난 문화요소를 분석하고 분석 결과를 바탕으로 개선방향을 제시하는 데에 목적이 있다. 법무부 출입국·외국인정책본부의 통계에 의하면 2016년 11월 기준 한국 내 체류하고 있는 외국인 수가 1,999,195명으로 전년 대비 7.5% 증가하였다. 날로 증가하는 이민자들이 하루빨리 한국사회에 적응하기 위해서는 전문적이고 체계적인 언어문화 교육을 필요로 한다. 이러한 교육이 효율적으로 실시되기 위해서는 한국어 교육에서의 중요한 요소인 교재에서 문화요소를 어떻게 선정하고 다루고 있는지 분석해 볼 필요가 있다. 1장에서는 연구의 목적, 필요성에 대해 설명하고, 연구 방법과 연구 내용에 대해 소개하였다. 또한 이민자를 대상으로 한 한국어 문화교육과 한국어 교재 내 문화 내용 분석을 중심으로 선행연구를 검토하고 아울러 이민자 한국어교육 현황과 정책 연구들도 살펴보았다. 2장에서는 이민자 대상 문화교육과 이민자 대상 문화교육 자료에 대해서 논의했다. 먼저 1절에서는 이민자 대상 문화교육의 원리와 방법, 교육과정과 교재에 대한 논의를 했다. 그 다음으로 이민자 대상 문화교육 자료 부분에서는 문화교육 자료 개발의 원리와 문화교육 자료의 유형 및 체제에 대한 논의를 하였다. 3장에서는 이민자 대상 문화교육 자료의 분석으로 우선 분석 대상 교재 선정에 대한 근거를 논의하고 선행 이론을 바탕으로 문화 교육 자료의 분석틀을 제시했다. 다음으로 분석하고자 하는 『이민자를 위한 한국어와 한국문화』 초급1,2 중급1,2를 분석틀에 맞추어 분석했다. 특히 교재에 나타난 문화요소를 중심으로 문화의 도입 원리, 문화요소의 형식, 문화요소 유형, 문화요소 시각자료, 문화요소와 주제의 연관성, 문화요소 제시 방법, 문화 영역 과제 활동, 문화항목 내용 등에 대해 분석하고 그 결과를 제시했다. 마지막으로 결론에서는 3장에서 기술한 교재 분석 결과를 통하여 그 특징을 서술하고 한계를 지적하면서 개선 방안을 언급하였다. 주제어: 한국어교재,분석,문화요소,이민자

This research aims to analyze the cultural elements appearing in the Korean textbook for immigrants 『Korean Language and Culture for Immigrants in Korea』 implemented in the current social integration program, and suggest improvement method based on the result of the analysis. According to the statistics of Immigration/Foreign Policy Headquarters in the Ministry of Justice, the number of foreigners residing in Korea on November 2016 summed up to 1,999,195 people which was an increase of 7.5% compared to the previous year. There is a need for professional and systematic language and cultural education for these increasing number of immigrants to quickly adapt to the Korean society. To receive this education, it is important to analyze how the cultural elements are selected and dealt with in the textbook, which is a crucial part of Korean education. Part 1 explains the purpose and need for research and also introduces the research material and method. Moreover, previous studies are reviewed by focusing on analyzing the Korean language cultural education for immigrants and the cultural contents within the Korean textbooks, and also the status of Korean language education for immigrants as well as the policy studies are considered. Part 2 discusses the cultural education and the cultural education materials for immigrants. In part one, the discussion is on the methods and principles of cultural education for immigrants, education process, and the textbook. In the next part of dealing with the cultural education for immigrants, the principle of cultural education material development, and the types as well as system of cultural education material is analyzed. Part 3 discusses on the evidence for the selection of the textbook subject for first analysis preference according to the analysis of materials on the cultural education for immigrants and suggests an analysis framework of the cultural education material based on the precedent theory. Then Beginner 1, 2 and Intermediate 1, 2 of 『Korean language and culture for immigrants』 were analyzed based on the developed analysis framework. Especially, the introduction and principle of culture, forms and types of cultural elements, the visual materials of cultural elements, cultural elements and the relevance of the subject, the method of presenting the cultural elements, assignment activities of cultural field, the contents of cultural items, etc. are analyzed with the focus on the cultural elements that appeared on the textbook and the results are suggested accordingly.
