This study aimed at emphasizing the importance of Korean proficiency, extracurricular activities, and career maturity for Chinese undergraduate and graduate students studying in Korea. By providing basic data concerning the significant roles which Chinese students’ Korean proficiency and extracurricular activities play in terms of their cultural adaptation and career maturity, this study provides implications for Chinese students’ career development in Korea. Accordingly, the influence that these students’ Korean proficiency and extracurricular activities have on cultural adaptation and career maturity was examined. In addition, whether cultural adaptation has a medication effect between the relationship in which Korean proficiency and extracurricular activities affect career maturity was explored. A survey was administered to 250 Chinese undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in degree-seeking programs in universities in the Seoul metropolitan area to investigate the measures of Korean proficiency, participation in extracurricular activities, and career maturity. To find if there are differences according to the participants’ general characteristics, students’ participation in extracurricular activities, cultural adaptation, and career maturity were examined by independent sample t-test and the one-way ANOVA while the post hoc Duncan’s test was carried out in addition. Furthermore, a correlation analysis was conducted to examine the correlational relationship among the variables. To verify the hypothesis, lastly, the three-step mediated regression analysis was carried out. The major outcomes of this research are as follows. First. it was found that the Korean proficiency and extracurricular activities of Chinese students studying in Korean universities had significantly positive correlations with the subfactors integration and assimilation, whereas the two variables of Korean proficiency and extracurricular activities had significantly negative correlations with separation and marginalization, the subfactors of cultural adaptation. Second, Chinese students’ Korean proficiency and extracurricular activities positively influenced decisiveness，韩语论文网站， sense of purpose, conviction, preparedness, and independence, which are the subfactors of career maturity. Third, the cultural adaptation of Chinese students in Korea mediated the influence which Korean proficiency and extracurricular activities have on career maturity. The implications of these results and suggested follow-up studies were discussed.
본 연구는 재한 중국유학생의 한국어능력과 비교과활동이 문화적응과 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 중국유학생의 한국어능력과 비교과활동은 문화적응과 ... 본 연구는 재한 중국유학생의 한국어능력과 비교과활동이 문화적응과 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 중국유학생의 한국어능력과 비교과활동은 문화적응과 진로성숙도에 어떠한 양향을 미치는지를 살펴보았다. 그리고 중국유학생의 한국어능력과 비교과활동이 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 문화적응이 매개효과를 가지는지를 탐색하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위하여 수도권에 소재한 대학교의 정규학위과정에 재학 중인 중국유학생 250명에게 한국어능력 척도, 비교과활동 참여 척도, 문화적응 척도, 진로성숙도 척도로 구성된 설문조사를 실시하였다. 비교과활동 참여, 문화적응, 진로성숙도에 대해 알아보고, 조사대상자의 일반적 특성에 따라 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 독립표본 t-test 및 일원변량분석(One way ANOVA)을 실시하였으며, 사후검정으로 Duncan test를 실시하였다. 그리고 각 변수간 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관관계분석을 실시하고, 연구 문제 검증을 위하여 다중회귀분석과 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재한 중국유학생의 한국어능력과 비교과활동이 문화적응의 하위 요인인 통합과 동화에 유의한 정적의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 문화적응 하위 요인인 분리와 주변화에 유의한 부적의 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재한 중국유학생의 한국어능력과 비교과활동이 진로성숙도의 하위 요인인 결정성, 목적성, 확신성, 준비성, 독립성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 셋째, 재한 중국유학생의 문화적응은 한국어능력과 비교과활동이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 매개하였다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과에 대한 시사점 및 후속 연구에 대하여 논의하였다. ，韩语论文 |
