급변하는 최근 우리 사회의 모습 속에는 외국인의 한국 이주와 국제결혼의 증가로 인하여 한 가족 내에서 다양한 문화가 공존하는 다문화가정 사회로 변모해가고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 외국인 ... 급변하는 최근 우리 사회의 모습 속에는 외국인의 한국 이주와 국제결혼의 증가로 인하여 한 가족 내에서 다양한 문화가 공존하는 다문화가정 사회로 변모해가고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 외국인 여성이 한국인 남성과 결혼하는 사례가 빈번해지면서 다문화가정 자녀의 언어 문제, 교육 문제 등 여러 가지 사회문제가 발생하고 있다. 다문화가정 학생 수는 2015년 현재 약 7만 명으로 전체 학생 수의 1.1%를 넘어서면서, 국제결혼 가정의 자녀 교육 문제는 사회적 문제로까지 대두되고 있다. 특히 다문화가정 학생들은 서툰 한국어 구사와 익숙하지 않은 한국의 학교문화 속에서 큰 갈등을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제는 정보의 처리 기술이 중시되는 정보화 시대에 정보 활용 능력이나 정보 시스템에 대한 근접성과 편의성에도 그대로 연결되고 있다. 정보화 체계가 잘 구축되어 있는 대한민국에서는 정보능력에 어려움을 겪을 시 학업은 물론 일상생활에까지 큰 영향을 미친다. 하지만 소득 수준이 낮고 한국어 구사 능력이 미비한 다문화 가정의 부모는 자녀의 교육적인 지원에 어려움을 보이며 한국 학생과 다문화가정 학생 간의 교육 격차 및 정보 격차는 더욱 심화되고 있는 실정이다. 기초 학습 능력이 상대적으로 낮고 한국 문화의 부적응으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 다문화가정 학생들에게 반복학습이 가능한 e-러닝 교육을 적용함으로써 교육 격차를 줄이고 그 효과를 극대화하는데 이 연구의 목적이 있다.

The multicultural family that includes multiple cultures in one family has recently emerged as one of the prevalent aspect of dynamic Korean society since the immigration from foreign countries to Korea and international marriage increase. At the same time, there also have been numerous social issues such as linguistic or educational issue for the children in the multicultural family as more foreign females marry Korean male due to this trend. It is estimated that the number of students from multicultural families is approximately 70,000 as of 2015 and takes 1.1% of the total number of students, and the educational issue for the children from the family formed by international marriage has been considered as a social issue. Especially, they experience serious conflicts due to limitations in the Korean language and maladjustment to the environment of Korean school culture. This issue also impacts their capability to utilize information or accessibility or easiness to information systems in this ICT (Information, communication and technology) society where the utilization of information technology is considered as one of the most important factors. Furthermore, this limitation subsequently impacts on not only their study, but also everyday life since most of the things in Korea are managed by those information systems. However, the parents from the multicultural family have difficulties in providing educational supports for their children due to their low level of income and inferior capability in Korean language, and this deteriorates the gaps for the levels of education and information between normal Korean students and that from the multicultural families. Thus, the purpose of the study is to apply the e-learning education methodology that can be repetitively provided for the students for multicultural students who have a low level of basic education, ability and experience difficulties in adjusting in Korean culture so that their education gaps can be reduced and the effectiveness of the education can be maximized. ，韩语毕业论文，韩语论文 |
