이 연구는 우리나라의 전통사회에서 사용된 동몽교재를 기초로 인성교육 내용을 선정하고 이를 장애아동에게 적용하는 과정을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 먼저, 동몽교재에 기초한 인성교... 이 연구는 우리나라의 전통사회에서 사용된 동몽교재를 기초로 인성교육 내용을 선정하고 이를 장애아동에게 적용하는 과정을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 먼저, 동몽교재에 기초한 인성교육 내용을 선정하기 위하여 동몽교재 중 소학, 동몽선습, 격몽요결, 사소절, 사자소학 다섯 권을 기반으로 하였다. 이 동몽교재를 분석하고 구성 체제를 파악하여, 동몽교재의 내용 중 수신(修身)과 오륜(五倫)을 인성교육의 두 영역으로 선정하였다. 이어서 문헌연구 및 선행연구 분석을 토대로 인성교육의 목표, 내용, 교수학습 방법을 구성하였다. 이러한 과정의 객관성 확보를 위해 전문가 11인에게 99문항의 설문지 조사를 통해 1차 내용타당도 검증을 하였다. 이후 1차 분석결과를 기반으로 동몽교재 내용 요소를 수정 및 추가, 삭제하기 위해 현장교사 4인에게 2차 내용타당도 검증을 실시하였다. 최종적으로, 동몽교재에 기초한 인성교육 내용 확정은 연구절차에 의해 구성된 시안을 바탕으로, 교수 수정 협의 과정을 거쳐 완성하였다. 이를 토대로, 동몽교재에 기초한 인성교육의 교육목적을 ‘수신: 바른 몸가짐과 긍정적인 마음가짐 가지기’, ‘오륜: 사람들과 잘 어울려 살아가는 방법 알기’로 설정하였다. 교육내용으로, 수신에는 몸가짐과 마음가짐으로 구분되며, 몸가짐은 언어 6항목, 자세 19항목, 의복 5항목, 식사 8항목으로, 마음가짐은 9항목으로 구성하였다. 그리고 오륜의 교육내용은 부모 14항목, 친구 7항목, 형제 3항목, 어른 14항목, 사회 5항목으로 구성하였다. 교수학습 방법은 지행일치, 단계적 학습, 모방과 동일시, 동기 유발, 개별화, 기초습관 강화, 암송, 반복 학습, 가정 연계 학습으로 정하였다. 두 번째로, 동몽교재에 기초한 장애아동 인성교육 내용 적용과정을 알아보기 위해 서울에 위치한 Y초등학교 특수학급 4명을 선정하였다. 인성교육 내용은 2016년 4월 11일부터 5월 13일(5주간) 총 22회기로 개별 또는 집단수업 형태로 적용하였다. 또한, 학교 정규교과 시간과 쉬는 시간을 활용한 생활지도를 함께 시행하였다. 인성교육 내용 적용과정은 장애아동의 특성을 고려하여 흥미를 유발하고 활동 중심으로 구성하였으며, 우리나라의 전통문화에 내재된 정신을 인성교육에 담았다. 더불어 통합학급과 가정에서도 인성교육이 실시 될 수 있도록 교수목표를 공유하여 장애아동의 인성교육에 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 하였다. 인성교육 내용을 적용한 이후 통합학급 담임교사, 학부모, 특수교사, 특수교육 실무사와 개별 면담을 통해 인성교육을 실시하며 느낀 장애아동의 삶의 질의 변화를 알아보았다. 인성교육 내용 적용을 통해 장애아동은 친구관계와 인사 태도가 좋아졌으며, 통합학급 분위기에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 교사가 장애아동을 대할 때 예전보다 관계가 편안해진 느낌을 받았다. 더불어 본인 스스로 바른 몸가짐과 마음가짐을 가질 수 있도록 지속적인 교육이 필요하며, 부모의 노력이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 그동안 우리 문화에 기반을 두어 연구되지 않았던 장애아동의 인성교육에 활용되어 인성교육 프로그램 구성의 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 우리의 일상적인 삶의 방식 곳곳에 남아있는 생활문화와 전통적 가치를 반영한 인성교육 내용이란 측면에서 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to selection a In-Sung education contents based on Dong-Mong educational books which traditionally used in our society and to explore the applying process to children with special needs. First, To develop a In-Sung education contents based on Dong-Mong educational books I chose five books among the Dong-Mong educational books. I chose sohak(小學), dongmong-seonseup(童蒙先習), gyeokmongyougyeol(擊蒙要訣), sasojeol(士小節), and saja-sohak(四字小學). I analyzed the Dong-Mong educational books and figured out the organizational structure of it and selected self-cultivation(修身) and Confucian five human relationships(五倫) as the two parts of In-Sung education. Based on analyzing traditional textbooks research and advanced research, I configured the purpose, educational contents and the teaching-learning methods of the In-Sung education. To verify if the whole process was done objectively, eleven experts were given a questionnaire with 99 questions to do the first verification of content validity. Based on the first analysis’ results, in order to correct, add, delete the content items of the traditional textbooks for child discipline, I had a second content validity evaluation made by four on field school teachers. Finally, In-Sung Education Contents based on Dong-Mong Educational books were founded on a tentative plan made by the development process, completed by the agreement process of instructional adaptation. Based on this, the educational purpose of the In-Sung education based on Dong-Mong educational books is ‘self-cultivation’, which is having the right body attitude and having a positive mind and the ‘Confucian five human relationships’ which is figuring out a way to live well among other people. The educational contents of self-cultivation contain the attitude of the body and the attitude of the mind. There are 6 language items, 19 posture items, 5 clothing items and 8 eating items in the attitude of the body. There are 9 items of attitude of the mind. Also, the Confucian Five Human Relationships contain 14 items about parents, 7 items about friends, 3 items about siblings, 14 items about adults and 5 items about the society. The learning methods for professors are corresponding knowing and behaving, learning by each phase, imitation and identification, motivation, individualization, enhancing basic habits, memorization, repetition and learning by family ties. The second, In order to know the application process of In-Sung Education Contents based on Dong-Mong educational books for children with special needs, I applied this research to 4 special classroom students at Y elementary school located in Seoul. The In-Sung Education Contents was conducted from April 11th 2016 thru May 13th 2016 for five weeks. In total, 22 classes were done in an individual format or in a group format. In addition, life guidance was given during regular elementary school classes and during breaks. In-Sung Educational Contents considers the features of children with special needs encouraging interests, focuses on their activities, and includes our spirits inherent in our tradition. In addition, we shared the instructional objectives of the contents so that the In-Sung Education can be done in the inclusive classroom and with the children’s family so that the In-Sung Educational can affect the change in behavior among the children with special needs. After In-Sung Educational Contents, the changes of the life quality of children with special needs were investigated through the individual counseling with inclusive classroom teachers, parents of children with special needs, special education teachers, and special education assistants. Through In-Sung Education Contents, the children with special needs have improved their friendship and attitude, and have positive effects on the integrated class atmosphere. Furthermore, when teachers treated children with special needs, teachers felt more at ease than before. In addition, continuous education was required to have the right attitude and mind, and parents' efforts were necessary. There are not many research found on this topic, as a results of this study can be applied to In-Sung Education for children with special needs and can be the foundation for forming the In-Sung Education Contents.
