이 연구는 중국 흑룡강성 지역을 중심으로 활동하는 관광가이드를 위한 한국어 교재 개발 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 전문성을 가지는 관광가이드를 양성하기 위해 각 지역 특색을 가... 이 연구는 중국 흑룡강성 지역을 중심으로 활동하는 관광가이드를 위한 한국어 교재 개발 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 전문성을 가지는 관광가이드를 양성하기 위해 각 지역 특색을 가지는 관광한국어 교재의 개발이 필요하다. ‘중국에서 개발되어 있는 관광한국어 교재는 전국적으로 통용되는 교재이기 때문에 각 지역에 적용하기 불합리한 편이다’라고 생각하였다. 전문적인 지식을 가지기가 힘든 점이 있다. 그래서 이미 개발했던 관광한국어 교재를 분석하였고 개선해야 할 점을 제시하였다. 학습자가 교재를 개발할 때 참가할 수 있도록 학습자의 요구를 조사하였다. 교재 개발의 원리와 교재를 개선해야 할 점 및 학습자의 요구에 맞춰 흑룡강성 지역적 특징을 맞는 관광가이드를 위한 교재 개발 방안을 마련하였다. 본 연구에서는 연구 목적을 밝히고 가이드를 위한 관광한국어 교육에 대해 한국 과 중국에서 선행 연구를 검토하였다. 이론적 배경을 마련하기 위해서 한국어 교육에서 관광가이드를 위한 한국어 교육의 위치를 살펴보았다. 또한 관광가이드에 대한 선행연구에서 나와 있는 정의와 특징을 정리하였다. 중국 흑룡강성 지역을 중심으로 관광 가이드 교육의 현황을 파악하고 출판된 관광가이드를 위한 교재를 고찰하였다. 출판된 관광가이드를 위한 교재를 분석을 통해 개선할 점을 제시하였다. 그 리고 관광가이드 교육과정을 수강하고 있는 학습자와 현직 관광 가이드를 대상으로 요구 조사를 실시한 후, 학습자의 학습 동기 및 관심을 갖고 있는 주제와 현직 관광가이드의 실제 업무시의 요구사항을 파악하였다. 앞서 언급한 논의를 바탕으로 관광 가이드를 위한 교재의 실제 예시를 제시하였다. 말하기와 듣기의 언어 기능을 치중하 고 통합교재를 개발하고자 한다. 관광한국어 교육과정의 특수성을 고려해서 학습자의 선행 지식을 많이 활용할 것이다. 즉 교육의 도입 단계에서 내용중심 언어교 수법의 원리를 사용할 것이다. 마지막으로 결론에서는 본 연구의 결과를 정리한 후에 본 연구에 존재하는 부족 한 점을 밝힘으로써 향후 연구를 위한 제안을 덧붙이는 것으로 연구를 마무리하였다.

It is necessary to develop a textbook for professional tourist guide education use, in which Korean introductions about characteristics of different areas in Heilongjiang Province should be included. Currently, textbooks for tour guide use now available in China were developed for tour guide education throughout China. None of them were specifically developed for a certain area. Therefore, it becomes difficult for tour guide of a certain area to acquire professional knowledge with these textbooks. In the research, analysis on these current textbooks were done. Based on the analysis result, some suggestions on textbook development were given. The logic behind textbook development, points that should be improved and suggestions on textbook development for tour guide in Heilongjiang Province that according features should be introduced in details were given in this research. The contents of research were as follows: In Chapter 1, the purpose of the research was disclosed. Point of previous researches under the theme of education on Korean language for tour guide in both Korea and China were introduced. In Chapter 2, the current situation of Korean language education for students majoring in tour guide was discussed. Besides, all definitions of tour guide in Korean and their features were summarized. In Chapter 3, the current situation of education for students majoring in tour guide in Heilongjiang Province was discussed. Some studies on the published textbooks were done. Based on the analysis results of these textbooks, some advices on textbook development were given in this chapter. In addition, questionnaires were sent to students majoring in tour guide and tour guides in service to collect data on their motivations for study, themes of interest and what knowledge in-service tour guides really need during their work. In Chapter 4, based on the discussion results of Chapter 2 and 3, the organizational principle of textbooks were summarized.
